I was visiting Stockholm from the U.S. and wanted to buy a ring for my girlfriend there. After some research, I decided on Hanno because of his phenomenal reviews. After one conversation with him on the phone, I could immediately tell why. Since my schedule was hectic, he met with me after hours to come up with the design of a custom-made ring tailored exactly to her dream ring. He was very knowledgeable with expertise on the design and extremely helpful in explaining the nuances of a custom ring and was very dedicated to making your dreams come to life. He also built a sketch of the ring and had me look at it to make sure it was perfect before he started making it. Since I had to leave Stockholm before the ring was finished, we had originally planned to mail the ring to the U.S., but I had found someone to pick up the ring for me. Sako was incredibly responsive in coordinating that and very accommodating to making sure the ring got to my friend. Not to mention, the ring took my breath away the first time I saw it. He took exactly what was in my mind and made it come to life. I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience! If you are on the fence being from a different nation, do it!! His integrity, professionalism, and dedication to his craft is truly world-class. If you are looking to make your dreams come true, Hanno is your man!

My fiancée and I bought our weddings rings from Hanno after doing some research online. Hanno's rings are beautiful, and very reasonably priced. We were also able to pass on some adjustments before we bought them.

When we received the rings, we noticed that they were too small for us, but this was because we weren't well aware of our correct sizes. We also still wanted to add some engravings. So Hanno created a pick-up here in Ireland in order to send them back to Stockholm, so he could make the adjustments. The rings were sent back to us after only two days, in the correct sizes and with the engravings.

Our wedding rings are beautiful, we are very happy with them. And the customer service was amazing. Hanno was so eager to help and answer our questions. We highly recommend Hanno, his craftmanship...

I came to Hanno with a very specific design for a custom engagement ring. I had spoken with other jewellers around the city prior to meeting him and I am so happy that Hanno was the person to create it. Hanno is very personal, helpful, knowledgable, available and an excellent craftsman.

I was offered a more competitve price for the ring than anywhere else in the city, with a much shorter production time. Also, during production a higher quality diamond became available that Hanno kindly offered with no additional charge.
