I’m giving it 2 stars because one of the clerk wouldn’t stop following me to suggest stuff. I just wanted to look in peace! Maybe this works with Taiwanese customers but foreigners don’t like this approach! It causes the opposite effect, it makes me want to leave as soon as possible. 您好，特此反映8月11日晚間在貴店的消費經歷。希望藉此機會讓貴店能夠改善服務質素，讓其他顧客能有更愉快的購物體驗。

113/8/11約21:05，我進店詢問是否仍有販售冰淇淋，店員直接回應「沒有」冰淇淋可以供應。因此，我便離開該店，轉而逛隔壁的飾品店。大約21:10左右，當我準備離開時，卻發現剛才的店員正與一位女士談笑，並且為她製作了一杯完整的外帶冰淇淋。我再次進店詢問為何剛才被告知「沒有」冰淇淋，店員卻為他人提供了冰淇淋。此時，店員才解釋那位女士是店內員工。隨後，另一名店員冷冷地表示，店內實際營業時間只到20:30。

作為顧客，我對此感到困惑和不滿。首先，貴店未能清楚地告知顧客營業時間的結束，且店員的態度冷漠，不僅讓人感到不受尊重，更顯示出對待顧客的不公。其次，既然營業時間已過，為何仍然可以為內部人員提供服務，卻直接拒絕了顧客的需求？這種不一致的服務標準讓人質疑貴店的服務原則。

希望貴店能加強員工的服務訓練，並且在告知顧客相關信息時保持透明和一致。作為顧客，我期望得到應有的尊重與公平對待，並希望貴店能正視此問題，以避免未來類似情況的發生。
