The male hair washing guy has poor technique. He pulled my hair several times and the hot water burned my scalp. Additionally, my friend who was also getting a wash, her shirt was wet down to her pants and then when it was my turn to wash the seat was still wet and I had to tell him. He wasn’t a mean guy and asked if the massage strength was ok, unfortunately just terrible at hair washing… The girls who styled our hair also tried to help my friend dry her clothes and were nice enough. But the point is it shouldn’t have happened at all. At the price point, we were also very disappointed at the quality of the wash and dry. If you have wavy hair, this isn’t the place for you. They didn’t know how to deal with drying wavy hair. If you have straight hair, you shouldn’t have a problem but just make sure your hair washer...

Needed a haircut and randomly found this place on Google. I booked online in advance no problem, just needed to google translate some words to figure out what to book. Vicky cut my hair and she was lovely. I didnt get the name of the person who washed my hair but she did a great job too. My hair is now super soft and cute. I have pretty thick hair for an Asian and Vicky knew exactly how to cut from underneath so my hair wouldnt look too poofy. Prices were excellent by US standards. Wash, cut, and extra conditioning treatment for USD $65. I was offered drinks and snacks. Great service all around and very nice...

I don’t speak mandarin so I was nervous to come but all the staff was so kind and didn’t mind! I made an appointment with Vicky and she was so nice and very detailed when working with my hair. I got a wash, cut, perm and treatment done. Vicky and the assistant made sure my hair was perfect and were very caring. By far this has been the best experience I had with getting a perm done.
