Avoid this place at all costs. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I came at 7pm and was told to come back in one hour, so we agreed on an 8pm appointment. I waited patiently at a nearby cafe, planning around this time because I had a business meeting at 9pm. When I returned at exactly 8pm, they told me to wait another 20 minutes. The reason? She was busy washing the hair of another employee.

I explained clearly that I couldn’t wait, and that we had an appointment at 8pm. They didn’t care. She called another employee who also showed no interest in fixing the situation. I reminded them we had an appointment, but she just said “come back tomorrow” like nothing had happened. No apology. No solution. Just complete disregard for my time.

They lied straight to my face, broke their promise, and wasted over an hour of my valuable time. An appointment is an agreement. If you can’t keep it, then don’t offer it. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a clear case of disrespect and unprofessional behavior.

These people should not be running a business. The only reason they have any good reviews is probably because they’re fake or written by friends and family. If you care about being treated with basic respect and not having your time wasted, go anywhere else.

Nice and clean. My stylist can speak English well. Store front has a good store front on side street away the busier streets. 2 hair washing stations. But very hard on scalp so if you like it really hard then you might like if you have itchy scalp otherwise it might feel...
