Editing my review, because the staff here have completely gone downhill. The food is good but the staff are unreasonably, inexcusably, constantly rude. Last time we went in to just buy a loaf of bread, asked for the cutting board which they normally provide (they donât cut bread for you), and the woman Iâm assuming is the owner (the short woman with glasses, whom others have pointed out in their reviews) literally scoffed and rolled her eyes at this request, and reluctantly went back to get the board and knife (which was so dull that we mangled the bread).
After this, we tried to add on another item to our order, and she actually told us ânoâ and told us to get out of her shop. For trying to BUY SOMETHING ELSE FROM YOU? What?? Sorry to bother you with my business. Just awful service all around, what a rude woman. Iâve never been treated so rudely in a shop before, nonetheless in Thailand of all places.
We were consistent customers before (they USED to serve really good breakfast, but are never open anymore), now Iâm going to buy bread at Tops before going back...

The bread and the baguettes are easily worth 5 stars. Service in the café not really. Forgot to give me a plate, ignored me for a while and when the waitress finally brought it, there was no sorry or anything. If you want something from them, you need to get up. Also: coffee lovers should go to Akha Ama, it's just a block away. Way better coffee and more choices.
Slightly off topic: That the employees are unable to speak proper English doesn't matter IMO and it's nothing to complain about. They understand enough to take your orders. Can't expect highly educated people with good language skills working in every café. Nice to have, but don't be arrogant... You're in a...

I went there this morning looking for coffee and pastry - having given up looking for "breakfast". There were a few other patrons, but not really busy. I was pleasantly surprised to see western breakfast items, and very wary about ordering. I went with the "French omelet", Americano and croissant. The coffee was okay - I drink my coffee black and their coffee, while not the best, is certainly enjoyable enough. The real surprise was the omelet - ham, cheese, onion, tomato and mushroom - very passable. Add in the wonderful croissant, and I've found my breakfast spot for the next time I'm in town. Seriously, for 80 baht a very good value. Finally, I found the service to be prompt and helpful. Check them out. You will...
