The best Japanese style bbq in Chiang Mai. Period. I’ve been coming here for years. This place is ALWAYS busy from the moment it opens to the moment it closes. You need to reserve ahead of time by calling them ideally in the morning of the day of your booking. The food is really high quality for the affordable price. It’s a dining experience where you feel like a real local since it’s outside. The best way to experience this is to make sure you bring comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting smelly because of the smoke. I personally love this place. You go here for the food and atmosphere - you don’t go here expecting a 5 star dining experience with AC! Keep that in mind and you’ll love it I think!

Yabba daba do come and eat here. This little but crowded restaurant will make you fall in love with Japanese food again. When I arrived, everyone was tucking into the Japanese grill stuff so I thought to myself, why not? And boy, it was the best decision besides moving to Chiangmai. This meal is da bomb. Yes, it's a little costly because the food is quality and the place is popular. The service is awesome once you get past the waiting time. My advice is to visit before 6:30pm and get a seat inside where all the action is. And one tell tale sign that you're at the right place when you see other Japanese patrons nodding in agreement everytime they slide another slice of sashimi down their throat.

The restaurant have no Air-Conditioning so it is hot 🥵. The day I went, there is a little rain so it’s ok, but if its’s summer then you can imagine how it is. The whole place is smoky and blurry. I think there isn’t enough fans as customers is fighting over them. Food was cheap and of course the food comes with the price so I think for me it’s little below average. It’s nothing compare to Japan but it was a nice experience. Will I go back again? Probably not.

각종 여행 유튜브글에서 난리난리를 치면서 맛있다고 하길래 들려봤으나… 오픈이 5시 30분이었는데 5시 15분쯤 도착하니 이미 내외 대부분 좌석은 예약 상태라서 길을 바라보는 환풍구없는 자리를 받았습니다. 오픈 시간 딱 되고나서부터 주문한 음식들이 하나씩 왔고, 사람들이 순식간에 가게를 가득 채우더군요. 2명이서 총 620바트(밥2공기, 미소장국, 양배추, 소고기 모듬세트 1, 모듬내장세트 1, 단품 소고기류 1, 단품 대창 1, 생맥주 2) 나왔구요. 숙소에서 35분 가량 걸어간 후 배가 적당히 고픈 상태에서 먹었는데 양은 딱 떨어졌습니다. 돌아가는 길에 길거리에서 팟타이 한 접시 뚝딱한… 문제는 일단 좌석이 환풍기가 없는 자리인 경우라면 연기 문제. 굽는 당사자야 뭐 그냥 그런갑다하는데 옆자리 젊은 현지인 커플 바로 도망감. 선풍기 들고와서 연기를 날려주는 대처를 하주긴 하는데, 연기는 사라지는데 대신 고기 구울 때 화력도 사라집니다? 내장(곱창, 호루몬)류 이름이 좀 헷갈리던데… 대창하면 떠오르는게 그 소세지처럼 통통~한게 구우면 사탕 양 옆처럼 촤라락 펼쳐지고.. 그 놈으로 알고 있었는데 명칭보면 일어로 다른 놈이 뎃창? 뭐 그렇게 적혀있고 내가 알던 대창은 다른 이름으로 적혀있더라구요. 눈으로 직접 보시고 고르면 될 것 같고. 이어서 저놈의 대창인데, 너무 속상합니다. 안에 탱글탱글하이 지방이 꽉 찬 걸 잘 익혀갖고 입안에서 쥬이시하게 기름 꼬소~한 맛으로 먹는 건데 손질문제인지 애초에 서빙되어 나올 때도 아 이거 구우면 나가린데? 싶은 너낌에… 진짜 구워보면 세상 불쇼는 내가 다하고 있고 굽는동안 껍데기 남고 지방은 쏙 다 날아갑니다. 이럴라면 그냥 참기름에 고무줄 찍어서 씹어먹지. 기타 소고기류는 종류 상관없이 그냥 아~ 이 값에 소고기 구워묵으믄 괜찮지~ 딱 이 선이구요. 내가 진짜 치앙마이에서 장기투숙해서 곱창 기름들이 너무 그립다? 이 정도 아니면 그냥 한국에 돌아오셔서 아무데서나 내장류 드셔도 훨배 돈값하리라 봅니다. 그럼 보자… 일부러 찾을만큼 맛집은 아닌 것 같고. 오픈 준비하는 모습을 봤는데 고기기름이랑 연기로 떡칠될 수 밖에 없는 매장을 그래도 나름 하긴 했지만 누적된 오염은 어쩔 수 없으니 정말정말정말 감안하셔야 하구요. 가성비? 이건 사바사일듯. 내장류 손질하는 거 때문에 속이 너무 쓰려서 차라리 내장류말고 고기류만 드실거면 그냥저냥 느낌. 내장류는 한국에서 비행기 타고 돌아와서 주문하는거 다시 생각해보시라고 말씀드리고 싶네요.

ร้านฮอร์โมนเชียงใหม่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเชียงใหม่ ที่บ้านเลขที่ 43 19-20 ซอยโสตศึกษา ตำบลช้างเผือก อำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ เชียงใหม่ 50300 หรือแถวนั้นเรียกว่าย่านเวียงบัวพลาซ่า ร้านเปิดตั้งแต่ 17:30 ขายจนถึงดึกๆ ราวๆ สี่ทุ่มกว่าก็ปิดร้าน ตัวร้านมีโซนด้านนอกที่ค่อนข้างโปร่งสบาย และด้านในซึ่งแต่ละโต๊ะจะมีปล่องดูดควันเพราะการระบายควันทำได้ยากกว่าโต๊ะโซนด้านนอก ที่จอดรถมีน้อย จอดได้แค่ 4-5 คัน นอกนั้นต้องหาที่จอดเอาในซอย อาหารเมนูหลักของที่ร้านก็จะเป็นปิ้งย่างสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น โดยใช้เนื้อโคขุนไทยๆคุณภาพดี ราคาไม่แพงมากนัก เราสั่งเนื้อวัวคารุบิ (98 บาท) เนื้อนุ่มดี สมราคา เนื้อวัวนาคะโอจิคารุบิ เป็นเนื้อคารุบิติดมัน (98 บาท) ปรากฏว่าไม่อร่อยอย่างที่คาดหวัง ลิ้นวัว (79 บาท) จานนี้โอเคไม่ผิดหวัง ส่วนคนไม่ทานเนื้อวัว ก็มีเมนูอื่นให้เลือกมากมาย วันนั้นเราสั่งไก่ทอดคาราอาเกะ (78 บาท) ไม่ค่อยกรอบอร่อย เกี๊ยวซะ (68 บาท) ไม่ค่อยถูกใจนัก กุ้งแม่น้ำ (98 บาท) ได้มา 2 ตัว สดเนื้อหวานใช้ได้ หมูคารูบิ (59 บาท) รสชาติปกติ ตบท้ายด้วยข้าวผัดกระเทียม (38 บาท) ข้าวร่วนหอมกระเทียมลงตัวดี มีเกลือ rock salt สีชมพูไว้บริการด้วยดีมากๆ สรุปรวม 702 บาท มีน้ำขวดกับน้ำแข็งนิดหน่อย ถือว่าราคาพอรับได้ จะมาทานควรโทรจองล่วงหน้าเพราะโต๊ะเต็มเร็วมาก

If you want to have a date with your new girlfriend then it’s not a very good place to choose,the environment is not so clean and the staff puts all dishes on your table although the table can’t fit it at all. The quality of beef and pork are also normal,of course the price is not expensive,can try but not so recommended.
