Was there for a Lashlift. The store seemed only medium professional when I entered but the staff were very nice and immediately sat me down on a chair and brought me water and slippers to wear while waiting for my appointment. Then a nice lady came to take me to the lash service room and lie me down on a bed. It was pretty comfortable as I also got a blanket. The process was comfortable but I felt like she struggled a bit with using and applying the products, especially in the beginning. When she was done she gave me a mirror and it looked pretty ok but I noticed that she didn’t color/tint the lashes but only lifted them. At home I took a closer look and realized that the lashes were not nicely lifted at all. There was an edge that made my lashes stand straight up rather than it being a nice upward curve… it looks hideous if you look just a little closer. Also the lashes are not straight anymore but like wavy in the middle which makes them look even more crooked. I washed them and applied some makeup remover, luckily they look a bit less weirdly bent now. But I guess that’s what you get for only 950 Baht. Still I hoped the result would be a bit less disappointing. If you have nothing on you nails and just want them to clean your nail beds, then this place is perfect. That being said if you do have gel or acrylic on you nails be prepared for them to file off you nail polish and acrylic with a nail file. It is just as painful as it sounds, and if you are into that great because pain is what you will be receiving! Also be careful because you may have you nail beds damaged and your cuticles damaged because this is not the proper way to remove nail polish. Maybe I’m just an American and I’m used to people using actual nail polish remover or shops owning acetone, compared to a remover polish that doesn’t seem super clean. But definitely if this is you with the gel polish and you still wish to come here, expect swollen toes that may not be shaped properly. I do believe they did the best they could with the tools they had, but I myself decided to not let them finish because I could not handle the pain and mistreatment of my nails any longer. And before I stopped they wanted to be done removing the old acrylic and I then took the filing tool from them and decided I could do a better job which at that point I realized I had to leave. Don’t be confused my nails aren’t that white, that was old acrylic still on my nail!
