1.5h 4 hands massage ended after 1h.

Saw the reviews on this salon on googel and thought it must be good here. The first impression when I got inside the door was good, it felt clean and fresh. the prices are on the higher scale but it felt reasonable as it would be a nicer place. I paid for a 1.5h 4 hands massage session.

Before the massage started i got a glass of tea and a cup of warm milk. then I went into a room where my feet were washed. after that we went to the room where i got my massage. I was given clothes to change into, after that the massage began. the minute the massage started I immediately felt that the masseuses did not know what they were doing at all. they squeezed and kneaded without any special technique. it was the first time I ever felt that getting a massage was uncomfortable.

The massage therapist doesn't understand English very well so I couldn't communicate with them. Every minutes felt very long and the only thing I could think of was that I regretted paying for a 1.5h massage.

after an hour they finished the massage. I knew the time was not up but I didn't say anything to the massage therapists. I immediately changed into my own clothes and went out to the front desk and asked for a refund because they ended the massage half an hour earlier.

The girl who worked at the front desk looked confused but I told her that I paid 1800 baht and only got 1h massage so I wanted 600 baht back which I got in the end. they apologized for the mistake but I was just happy because it was a pain to get a massage at this place.

as an apology I was given a coupon for a 30 minute free massage which I threw in the bin...

Nana is very good …. Very experienced

But it stops there…. The rest of the experience was bad…

BUT the (young) masseur who did me was very very very very very bad… It is not bad but it is very bad I spent like two hours of money And worst of all she have to switch with Nana who was massaging other person… She clearly knows she has a problem to that’s why she don’t even dare to come out to see me after the massage…

I have not seen anyone pull my hand four times… Barely any massage on the back and all just simply pressing on the hand in the league very softly and lightly and she doesn’t even press on the pressured points… Nana had to do the twisting for her

After complaining to them they say they will give me free 30 minutes the next time I come on a weekday and the reason why they have so many good reviews on Google is also because they give free extra 30 minutes on weekday.

Decided to bust them out because they did nothing when I file complaint on the lady who wasted two hours of my money which is THB950…. Sorry no refunds nor they would compensate you for their u trained masseurs…

Thanks for the bad experience, massage like nerve massage… will go back to the more reliable Healthland my regular...

Worst massage I’ve ever had. Therapist AE's(got the name from reception) Thai massage was terrible.

Bad skills. She pressed on my spine instead of muscles on the back, giving me bad back pain. Also, messed up my neck, is it that hard to find the muscle on neck as a massage therapist?

Time management was awful. She spent most time on my legs, barely 10 minutes on my back.

She chatted for 20 minutes with another therapist and yes, that’s why she focused on my legs while my legs did not get the real relax neither. Only stopped when I reminded her and I don’t know if it’s the reason that she treated my back like above.

Reception offered only a refund, no real solution. They asked me to complain to the therapist directly??? I did not accept the refund and believe a review is more useful.

This place needs serious improvement. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Ah btw, there are many good reviews because they offer some free massage if you leave one. However a poor free massage sounds not valuable...
