Location doesn’t get better as part of the Terminal 21 building and the Asok BTS/Sukhumvit MRT. The lobby is stunning and the rest of the hotel looks really good too. Nice games room. Small, weird but nice gym. Room was spacious and modern. The view from the window which took up the whole wall nearly was cool. The toilets have Japanese style washers. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The free ‘minibar’ was great (wish they had diet drinks though). Having a washing machine was amazing and we managed to wash our clothes we’d worn in those few days but the dryer just didn’t dry them well at all. Bed was big and comfy. Air con was good but a little noisy even on the lowest fan setting. Given this is a five star hotel that’s not exactly cheap I was pretty annoyed that, like a lot of hotels in Thailand, the sound proofing is terrible! Having a sound proof door that actually fits the door frame would solve this . Instead, you can see light from the hallway streaming through the badly fitting door and therefore hear everything that passes by. So when your room is next to the cleaners cupboard it can be pretty noisy. Replace your doors! I was so happy with the auto blinds on the window. One that gives some privacy but allows light in and another black out. So when I discovered that the blackout didn’t actually close fully or have a ‘lip’ to tuck into and instead a big stream of light fills the room from the bottom I was very disappointed. Another simple thing. The shower was fine but nothing special which surprised me. As a smoker, this hotel wasn’t great. They have a very large nice smoking deck but it closes at 10pm for no apparent reason. Meaning you have to go the front of the hotel where a tiny area, hidden behind some plants awaits. No seats, no space.

Recently stayed at Grand Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21, and my experience was mostly positive. The location is unbeatable—directly above the popular Terminal 21 mall, which makes dining and shopping a breeze. It’s also conveniently connected to two train lines, providing easy access to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, granting my request for a park-view room, which I really appreciated. The room itself was spacious, featuring a large bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. The hotel offers an array of activities to enjoy. The infinity pool with a breathtaking view is definitely a highlight, along with the outdoor Jacuzzi and a lovely mini-park perfect for relaxing during the day. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. Upon entering the room, I noticed a musty smell, which I believe came from the curtains being closed on an especially boiling day. This was surprising, as I’ve stayed at another hotel in the same chain nearby, and the rooms there didn’t have this issue. Also, the facilities like the gym close quite early, which could be inconvenient. Extending the gym’s operating hours to 24 hours would certainly be more guest-friendly. Overall, Grand Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 is a great choice for its prime location, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. Despite minor flaws, I would still recommend it and would likely return in the future.

My recent week-long stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 left me thoroughly impressed. The hotel exceeded all expectations, starting with the breathtaking views from both the room and the pool area. The pool itself was nothing short of incredible, offering a serene oasis amidst the bustling city of Bangkok. I indulged in room service throughout my stay and found the food to be exceptional. Each dish was deliciously prepared and promptly delivered, adding to the overall luxury experience. The hotel staff were exceptional, providing impeccable service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. A special mention goes to Mr. Narudomkul for the thoughtful room upgrade – it was a truly appreciated gesture that made my/our stay even more memorable. In addition to its outstanding amenities, the hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. I am already looking forward to returning to Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 for future visits to Bangkok. Thank you to the entire team for ensuring a truly unforgettable stay.

Grand Centre Point Hotel Bangkok: An Oasis of Luxury and Convenience

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bangkok, the Grand Centre Point Hotel offers an exceptional blend of luxury, convenience, and traditional Thai elegance. My recent stay at this upscale hotel left me thoroughly impressed, and it stands out as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.

Location: The hotel’s prime location in Sukhumvit, one of Bangkok’s most dynamic districts, is unbeatable. It's a short walk from the Asoke BTS Skytrain and Sukhumvit MRT station, providing easy access to the city's main attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. Terminal 21 Shopping Mall is right next door, offering a plethora of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

Accommodation: The rooms at Grand Centre Point are spacious, modern, and elegantly decorated. My deluxe room featured a plush king-sized bed, a sleek en-suite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower and bathtub, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the cityscape. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities you could need, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, a minibar, and a coffee maker. The attention to detail and the overall comfort of the room were exceptional.

Dining: The hotel offers a variety of dining options to cater to different tastes. The BlueSpice Restaurant serves a delicious buffet breakfast with an extensive selection of both Western and Asian dishes. For lunch and dinner, the menu includes a range of international and local Thai specialties. The ambiance is sophisticated yet relaxed, making it an ideal place for a meal at any time of the day.

Amenities: Grand Centre Point Hotel excels in its amenities. The outdoor infinity pool is a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and a perfect spot to unwind. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, and the spa offers a range of treatments to rejuvenate your body and mind. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent business facilities, including meeting rooms and a business center, catering to corporate guests.

Service: The service at Grand Centre Point Hotel is exemplary. The staff are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From the efficient check-in process to the attentive housekeeping, every aspect of the service was top-notch. The concierge was particularly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging tours and transportation.

Overall Experience: My stay at the Grand Centre Point Hotel Bangkok was truly memorable. The combination of its central location, luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, and top-tier service makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Bangkok. Whether you are in the city for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined and comfortable...

If you want 5 star amenities with 1 star service- this is your place. After an amazing two weeks in Thailand, staying at very nice 3 and 4 star hotels, we were so excited to end our trip at a premier 5 star hotel in Bangkok. The pros of this place are: Nice pool area, great tennis courts, decent breakfast buffet, convenient location and the occasional helpful staff member but overall, I would say, stay away if you can. Here are just a few things that happened in our single night stay at the Grande Center Point Terminal 21 hotel:

Crazy long check in line and after waiting in it, they told us our room wasn’t available but checked us in anyways and told us to wait a few hours, so then when we got back, they told us we’d need to wait in the same extremely long line just to check back in. After checking back in, they told us they gave away our room so they “upgraded us” but it turned out to be the wrong bed size. We asked for the correct room and upon getting in, we realized they just gave us the same room setup but pushed the two beds together. No one answers phones or emails, for example: we needed to coordinate COVID testing and they never responded to our emails. We called multiple times from the room to no avail. We even had other staff try calling the front desk from their phones and they couldn’t get through. A/C doesn’t work. The hotel called in a guy to fix it but the A/C never dropped below 21 Celsius, which may seem cold but feels very warm when throughout our trip, we had A/C units in all our hotels that actually worked and would be able to cool the room much better. The bedroom had a carpet that was peeling off the ground and was extremely sticky in front of the bed. Early in the morning, we got a call from the front desk, asking if they could speak with someone named Mr. Kim, so obviously they had the wrong room number. This was a very unfortunate mixup as it woke us up and we couldn’t fall back asleep and we had the 22 hour flight the next day back home.

Also, if you do choose to stay here: the pickup in front of the hotel is almost impossible to find for Grab drivers, so be prepared to have to walk far and coordinate with the front desk in Thai to have them explain to the drivers how...

I try not to leave negative reviews because I understand that everybody's experience can be subjective due to multiple factors. However I will have to leave my honest review to warn others who may have a similar experience as ours..

My husband and I checked in on Valentine's day for a 3 night stay. This was our second year in a row staying at Grande Center Point Terminal 21 because we really like the convenient location. We arrived a little bit earlier than the check in time so we dropped our luggage off to go explore for a couple of hours and returned after the check in time. Once we were checked in and arrived at the 20th floor to enter our room, we immediately noticed the entire floor smelling like cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor. We entered our room and it smelled like cigarette smoke too. We called the front desk right away to see if we could change rooms or floors because my husband and I are very sensitive to smoke, but they said we could not change rooms because there were no more rooms left. Instead they were able to leave an air purifier in our room upon request. Unfortunately, this did not solve the issue since the whole floor smelled so we had to go out and purchase our own air refreshers and plug in refreshers. This temporarily helped but did not ultimately solve the issue. Every single day during our stay the entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke and would affect our room too. During our stay, nobody checked up on us to see if we were doing okay.. We both had a very bad headache every morning because the smoke smell never went away..

Besides from that, we had minor issues such as not receiving towels after room cleaning despite leaving a tip but that was not a big deal at all. However, I don't think it was fair that we had to endure the cigarette smoke scent every single day despite paying for a non-smoking room.

We decided that we will no longer be staying here for our future visits to Bangkok.. We wish the staff well and hope...
