I'm happy to read that some had a great experience. Unfortunately, it was not for us. They wanted to charge us 1000 baht per person for 1 hour ride. We said it was too expensive. So they reduced to 850baht and told us not to tell other clients cauze we had a "special price" On the boat, another couple told us they paied 450 baht each.... We got on the boat and wait, wait wait until the boat was full. Then, boat ride to a floating market. It's not a market on the water. But a small tourist market where you can buy tourist stuff aside the river. Then we waited for the boat to pick us up. Then, we waited in the boat for the water to level up. Go to Big Buddha. It was close because of renovation. That happens, but being informed before going and/or before paying for the ride would have been nice ☺️ We finished at the Wat Arun (absolutely stunning) We had to take a local ferry to cross back and realized the ride was 5baht.. They told us 1 hour ride, we came back 4:30 after...

Driver pointed out monitor lizards and took us by the giant Buddha. Got to see into people's lives along the canal. Very cool. But, at the end, I guess the driver didn't want to wait and dropped us off on a dock two up from where we started (and where the ferry to cross the river is). Turned out it was a closed dock and we couldn't get off it and into the market to walk around! We were a little panicked but a lovely woman boat driver helped us literally break into the back of the market; Golding back corrugated metal sheets so we could squeeze through! Went back to the long boat guy and told him what happened. He called the driver who apologized to us. Ah well. All but the...
Read moreIt's unbelievable how people can so brazenly take money from people. The staff is the rudest I've ever encountered—arrogant, rude, and completely incompetent. You feel like an annoying nuisance as soon as you even ask a question.
The boat? Dirty, run-down, and completely overcrowded—just looking at it puts you off your boat. Luckily, I didn't even get on it, because the returning guests looked anything but happy: disappointed, annoyed, and obviously ripped off.
Honestly, this tour is an absolute joke—waste disposal service at a luxury price. Anyone who goes here isn't just throwing their money into the water, they're throwing it right into the toilet. Stay away—there's nothing worse you could do with an hour...
