I love MK and eat it regularly. I am vegan and for over a year I have enjoyed the vegetarian suki... and on EVERY occasion I have simply asked for no egg in the suki... and to swap the egg tofu for normal tofu... which is CHEAPER than the egg tofu on their menu.

Today I was told that they cannot possibly do this by one of their managers, an older lady with short black hair despite it having been done at least 10 times for me in the past year at the very same branch.

So I left.... and will never eat at that branch again.

So dumb.... a SIMPLE adjustment to cater to a customers dietary requirement that COSTS MK LESS... and keeps a customer happy.
