When the food didn't come for 30 minutes, we asked the waiter there and he came back checking with the kitchen that it is getting prepared and will be on table very soon. After another 30 minutes I had given up and ended up cancelling the food and leaving hungry and disappointed. By that time, team had finished their lunch which is but obvious. Though manager later came and ensured 20% discount on the food bill which my team had - but guys this is not what we were there for. We wanted to enjoy and make it a very Happy Friday. Disappointed with the service of the staff here. I have supper at this branch every week (at least once a week for many months), as it’s convenient and close to my office. I registered for the membership card because I have supper here so often, and always takes it with me. (Actually, most of the staff can remember me and my friend, know what we always order and know that we have the card). One day I forgot to take my wallet also the membership card, and the staff told me that I need to give them my phone no. and ID card to verify that I own the card instead. I didn’t have any cards with me that time, but I offered them the photos of my ID card and the photo of the application form with the membership card showing the serial no. next to the form, which I took on the day I applied for the card...the staff still said that I cannot claim that I own the card. Just so shocked that no matter how often you have the food there (and always pay for it), or the staff obviously remember and know you, or have the photo of the filled application form that you really applied (and paid them for the card), they are all meaningless when the business doesn’t value...
