As a seasoned cocktail enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for hidden gems that promise an unforgettable experience. "You Know Where" in Bangkok, Thailand, is undoubtedly one such discovery that left me enchanted and craving for more.

Located discreetly amidst the bustling city, "You Know Where" exudes an aura of mystery from the moment you step inside. The dimly lit interior, adorned with vintage decor and a fusion of contemporary accents, sets the perfect ambience for an evening of delight.

The star of the show is undoubtedly the cocktail menu, curated with finesse and creativity. Each concoction feels like an artistic masterpiece, skillfully crafted to satisfy both the novice and the seasoned cocktail aficionado. From classic favorites to inventive signatures, the selection showcases a symphony of flavors that ignite the palate.

Allow me to highlight my favorite concoction, the "Cuba Libre" – a timeless combination of rum and coke. At "You Know Where," this classic cocktail is elevated to new heights with premium rum, carefully selected to balance the rich undertones of sweetness and tanginess. Served in an aesthetically pleasing glass, the presentation alone is enough to make you savor every sip.

But the true magic of "You Know Where" lies beyond its cocktails. The bartenders, true artists in their craft, perform their mixology magic with flair, engaging patrons in captivating conversations about the art and history of cocktails. Their passion and knowledge add a layer of charm to the overall experience, making each visit feel like a journey of discovery.

Moreover, the staff's hospitality leaves nothing to be desired. Warm smiles and attentive service ensure that you feel welcome and valued throughout your visit. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple looking for a romantic night out, or a group of friends seeking an exceptional time, "You Know Where" caters to all with equal warmth and...

You Know Where is a really nice little speakeasy is Silom. The door is sort of hidden, but if you look at my photo from the sidewalk, you’ll see it’s in what appears to be a music shop with an all black facade. You walk in the entrance, turn left, and press open the saloon door that has pictures of Roman and omen on it (see my photos).

Drinks are pricey, but the bartenders know what they’re doing and make some great cocktails. I tried some on-menu drinks and also had the bartender make me some off-menu stuff based on various descriptions. They have a nice range of alcohol, and do a good job with presentation and atmosphere inside the bar. There’s also a second level to the bar where you’ll find additional seating.

Overall it’s a cool experience that’s worth trying if you’re into speakeasies and want to do something a little different. I can also see this working very well as a fun date spot with the...

So this place I just absolutely love the name because we make so much fun of it. It’s like I was telling my friend last night I went to you know where she’s like where I said you know where she’s like where I don’t know where you went I said you know where anyway and then on and on it goes and we laugh ha ha ha ha!

Came here for one of their signature drinks, and it was quite delicious and it was so lovely to talk to the server there he was very friendly, very interested in who we were and of course, and who he was and gave us the in on the other bars where his friend works for us to go and check them out as well so that was really cool. I love this place on Silom Road. It is quite hidden .

I think my friend had had it though, because this was our fifth bar hopping of the night!!

Highly recommend it if you can find it but good luck. Hopefully this helps but...

Awesome cocktail bar. Great vibes, perfect drinks, attentive service, and good 🎶. It has just the right amount of lighting and the music is just right so that you can converse and enjoy the cocktails with good company. Tip: The door is actually the wall on the left 😉. The 🚪 are not doors 😂. You'll see what I mean. We tried the signature drinks and they were perfect. But if you're indecisive, they have a fun dice game that you can play or let the mixologist choose for you, based on your preferences. I'm also impressed with their Singapore Sling. There is a more robust flavor that is reminiscent of the Raffles style Singapore Sling (versus the Savoy style). If you have no idea what I'm talking about, just know that the Raffles style involves more ingredients and is better than the simple Savoy style.
