☆☆☆☆☆Upscale restaurant on the Chao Phraya River, specializing in shellfish. Very clean establishment with a nice bar and very strong drinks. My favorite dish was the river prawn prepared in a somtum like salad. We had the herb Garlic Rainbow Lobster and Cheese baked Canadian tail which are served whole and split sans claws. The staff is excellent and very unobtrusive, which means any romantic endeavor won't be interrupted by "Would you care for ground pepper on your Ice Cream?". A very relaxing environment with a loveable musical soundtrack arranged by the loveable owner..Glen Campbell, Marianne Faithful, John Denver, Marty Robbins..classics. I really enjoyed this restaurant and were I consulting this business for changes in the future, I would suggest that they add a cool mango chutney and a cilantro lime based lobster marinade. The river prawn salad came with a cilantro green pepper sauce that was the highlight of the dinner in my opinion. Lobster lovers will love Jumbo Lobster and especially the atmosphere.
