Boots Central Phuket Festival — Local services in Wichit

Dear customer service,

I'm a royalty customer of boots for many years with many good reviews for staffs but this is my #first time complain.

I oftenly buy S&G by boots store. On 3.34 pm 5/9/25 at phuket central festival branch store no.00441. I buy S&G product at store with your promotion: buy 400 baht get free 1. But at payment, I saw others promotion that your staff claim already expired but I can buy more to get the free object. I want to buy more to get it!! But your LGBTQ #excusive sale staff yelling and make angry face after we asking for check the promotion paper at the shelf behide your staff. Your #excusive sale staff speak with attitude like boss to us. You need to buy more 500 and 550 baht ontop of 400 baht. So total will be 400+550+500 = 1,450 baht. Please check my history, I bought promotion 550 and get 1 free, just a few months ago.

Suggestion: Please put all active promotions at customer shelf. No customer want to take risk with your staff moody. Please re-train and re-skill for staff. This is excusive sale behave. I definately sure it's not your...

the worst sellers of Thailand consultants. While choosing the cream boost, they tried three times to sell us some expensive cream with calogen. when we said that such expensive and unknown to us (Europeans) cream is unnecessary. The sellers began to say "for them expensive" and laugh. The manager shop needs to get rid of such rude consultants. Go around this store...

Extremely helpful staff and lots of products that are slightly difficult to find elsewhere in the usual high streets in Phuket (such as good aftershave balm, Gillette Mach 3 razors, and so on).
