Casa Miller Travel — Local services in Beyoğlu

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. My husband I are an Asian couple who trusted this company for a tour in Bursa. First we were picked up by a minivan with few couples and after few minutes we were transferred to a very uncomfortable bus with only an ARABIC speaking guide and no English. Throughout the tour we were not given details because he only spoke in Arabic and didn’t even try to explain to us anything in ENGLISH.

Lunch was not given. A mean was given around 7.30 pm after keeping all of us hungry. We were not taken to see the historical tree or the tomb as promised in the package. This is one of the best hotels in town. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The service is excellent. They are always attentive and can help you and answer all your questions. They also give you great tips on the city. Given the hotel's location, everything is nearby. You can walk to the famous fish sandwich truck and have a drink in the city's most exclusive bars. The rooms are uncluttered and very comfortable, the windows well insulated and noise-reducing, because in a city that almost never sleeps, that's a must. Room service is daily and detailed. As every time I was extremely satisfied with the services offered by the Miller Travel group. This time I wanted to experience one of the travel packages offered by them, and it was extraordinary. I chose Cappadocia because I could also experience a balloon ride. The Miller team organized everything perfectly, they are extremely friendly and warm people who always take care of their customers. They helped me with everything I needed with great pleasure. Mutlu is a special person. Next time I will definitely opt for Pamukkale and normally also through the Miller Travel team.
