Sky Rooftop Restaurant — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

This restaurant is located on the rooftop of a hotel, hence the name. The view on one side is pretty good, the other side isn't so much unfortunately. Got there 15 minutes after they opened as per posted hours. Had to wait for the hotel staff to call the restaurant to make sure that they were open. There was one person working. She wasn't a waiter. She did her best to accommodate us while the rest of the staff rolled in. The food was ok. Service was ok too. Not sure if they just don't open in the morning due to lack of traffic or what was the story. Wouldn't mind going back there for dinner next time...
