My husband and I have been visiting Turks for several years, and every year we have booked with Caicos Dream Tours because we know we will have a reliably unique and amazing adventure. This year, we were lucky enough to see dolphins, sharks, rays, barracuda, turtles, and more! And, as always, we got to stop at some of Turks & Caicos most beautiful beaches. The Crew: The crew and the company at CDT have always been friendly, respectful and professional. If you are new to snorkeling, they give a great group tutorial and are happy to help out with pointers. They also have a guide in the water with you to answer questions and point out interesting aquatic and plant life. Also, at each stop, they provide a bit about the location and are happy to answer questions. Specifically, I would like to give a big shout out for Pop and Baba. We’ve done several trips with Pop, and he is always a wonderful excursion guide—friendly, fun and knowledgeable. We even specially requested him for our excursion this year! And thanks to Baba, too, whom we met this year—he was so helpful with getting our kiddos comfortable in the water and eager to enjoy the unparalleled natural beauty of the reef. The Food: For the excursions we have done, CDT has provided food and beverages, and they have always been fresh and delicious—our kiddos loved the flavored sodas, and the rum punch is refreshing 😊. They even provide options for people who are on special diets (vegetarian, pescatarian, etc.). If you do the full day snorkel excursion, they even make a delicious hot lunch to eat by the shore. The snapper dish is AH-MAH-ZING. Note: We have done the half and full day excursions. Both are perfection. However, if we have the time and ability, we prefer the full day. They take you to twice as many beautiful spots because you have more time, and the whole day feels literally like a dream. Just our opinion! If my review sounds a bit biased, well it probably is. Over the last years that we’ve visited Turks, my husband and I have grown to love the entire culture of Turks and Caicos, and the individuals and staff at CDT have played a big part in that. If you want to experience an unforgettable afternoon/day out on the pristine beaches and reef of the Turks and Caicos Islands, in our opinion, Caicos Dream Tours is the tour...

Despite the choppy water, we had a great time on our half-day snorkeling cruise. However, the same cannot be said about actually getting to the boat. I'll talk about these experiences separately.

Transport to marina - We booked the half-day tour the night before and were told the boat would pick us up right on the beach at our resort. We were told to be down there by 8:20 for the morning cruise that was scheduled to start at 9:30. Sometime after we left our room to grab breakfast before heading to the beach (around 7:00), our pick-up location changed from the beach to our resort lobby. Dream Tours texted/called, but I left my phone in our room to avoid it getting damaged/lost during the cruise. I didn't receive any of those alerts and we eventually found out that they moved the pick-up spot, and we missed our pick-up. The company agreed to move us to the afternoon cruise, but they were not happy to do so. Once again, we sat around waiting for our pick-up in the afternoon, this time with all of our phones. We had to reach out to Dream Tours again after waiting over an hour without being picked up. A van eventually arrived to pick us up. Note to future travelers - keep your phone with you.

Half-day snorkeling tour - The cruise itself was great, although rocky because of the ocean conditions. There were 12 of us on our boat. We stopped at the reef right away and spent about an hour here swimming around with fish, the reef, and a reef shark. By the time we wrapped up, many guests on the boat were feeling queasy from the waves, so the captain made a 15-minute stop at a nearby island so everyone could walk around a little bit on solid ground. Then we were off for a cruise over to Iguana Island, having lunch along the way. We had about 45 minutes on the island, which was plenty of time to explore and relax. On our way back, the captain called in to find out that our taxis wouldn't be arriving for a while, so he showed us some of the nearby sights (e.g., conch farm, shipwreck) and gave us a chance to jump off the top of the boat. The crew definitely made up for all the frustration we faced even getting...

I recently had the pleasure of joining Caicos Dream Tours for an unforgettable boat excursion in Turks and Caicos, and let me tell you, they truly live up to their name! From the moment we boarded their state-of-the-art, luxurious boat, I knew we were about to be spoiled. The vessel was immaculate, with the latest amenities and ensuring a comfortable and elegant journey. What stood out the most was how customizable the tour was – we had the freedom to decide our destinations for the day, and the crew was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our stops and activities. I also can't leave out the fact that we were picked up directly from our hotel in their company sprinter and taken to the boat docks, which is obviously so convenient and elevated the experience even more.

The crew of Caicos Dream Tours made the experience even more special with their exceptional service and local knowledge. We were taken to a breathtaking snorkeling location where the vibrant marine life and crystal-clear waters left us in awe. Beyond snorkeling, the crew also guided us through some of the most beautiful and exclusive neighborhoods by boat, offering a unique perspective of the local high-end living. We also made a stop on a small private island, and here we found some of the softest sand and blue-est water I have ever seen in my life! It looked exactly like the internet photos that had made me want to visit Turks. It was so pristine, I could have stayed there forever. The crew's willingness to cater the trip to our interests and desires truly made it a personalized adventure, and their expertise ensured that every moment was enjoyable and memorable.

To top it all off, we were treated to a delicious, fresh meal onboard. The food was not only tasty but also a perfect complement to our luxurious day at sea. The combination of excellent service, stunning locations, and delightful food made the excursion with Caicos Dream Tours one of the best experiences I've had on vacation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personalized and luxurious boat tour in Turks and Caicos – they will...
