The location of this resort is perfect, you are on the point of the beach so the beach is larger and you are not sitting on top of each other. We had an ocean front 2 bedroom 2.5 bath and it was perfect for our family of 4. We had our 2 children ages 19 and 21 who also had a great time. The complimentary breakfast is delicious as were the drinks at the poolside bar with Cosmey. The beach attendants are so friendly and accommodating but not bothersome. I like that the resort is small and quaint if you want relax this is the place. I also want to add that my son left his expensive sun glasses at the pool and we didn’t notice until the following day and they were turned into the front desk

We stayed in a two bedroom suite, it was very spacious with a big balcony overlooking the ocean. It was an incredible view!!! It’s a very relaxing place to spend a peaceful vacation. We highly recommend to dine at the Grace’s Cottage restaurant. The food and the service in this resort was phenomenal! It was like the perfect vacation in paradise.

Despite the initial inconsistencies not worthy to mention we did spent a few great days at this beautifully decorated and smartly designed small butique hotel. Special thanks to the F&B manager who is a great asset to Point Grace and to the attentive beach boys!

This April, my family stayed at grace bay club for two nights and then at the wymara and parrot cay. At all three we had good experiences. I came back with my family to the point grace “five star” resort but the lack of service and awful attitude made it a very unpleasant stay. I honestly believe this hotel is at most a 4 star hotel .

Starting with our first day we were greeted and welcomed ( not the warmest welcome )then taken for drinks at the poolside bar. The bartender there was incredibly rude even to the hotel staff and we ended up waiting over thirty minutes for welcome drinks. Due to the bartender’s unwelcoming attitude, we didn’t eat lunch at the hotel and took a taxi elsewhere everyday for lunch to avoid the faces and attitude. When we stayed at the point grace in april the same bartender had a very bad attitude and i thought maybe she was having a bad day.

Further, the hotel have us the wrong room-different than what we had booked-and instead of fixing the mistake they told me that I was incorrect.

For breakfast every morning we waited again at least thirty minutes to order. The food took too long to come out and we couldn’t stay to eat and enjoy a cup of coffee before moving on with our day. And this was our experience all three mornings.

I felt that the hotel was understaffed with how slowly things moved. We ordered a taxi with the hotel front desk service and they forgot completely. The front desk claims to have poolside service but not once were we offered drinks, water, or towels by the beach. The kids were very well acquainted with the towel service area by the end of our stay. Furthermore, when we requested shampoo and bath towels we were greeted with eye rolls. We had one cottage room for my husband and I and a two bedroom for the family . Two mornings my husband and I ordered milk to the room . We ended up going to the restaurant to pick it up the second day

My husband took the hobicat boat for a quick sail but waited an unreasonable amount of time. When it came time to take sail an error was made and a pin was left in the boat making it unsafe to sail. When we returned from the sail the hobie cat sat on the beach for more then am hour as we were making sure it did not float away.

Turks and Caicos has an amazing beach and wonderful people. The nature and food make it an excellent destination but not here at the point grace where we felt extremely unwelcome and unnecessarily stressed. With all of the amazing hotels and resorts I’ve stayed in these past few years, this most definitely did not meet the standards of a five star resort.

The restaurant on property graces cottage is very good with a beautiful garden and excellent staff...

First time on the island and first week of our stay was at South Bank a sister resort. We are avid travelers and really enjoyed the serenity and esthetic of South Bank (5 star property). We didn’t have high expectations of Point Grace since it’s a boutique hotel, 4 star and dated. Our first part of our stay was a bit rough as the room wasn’t in dire need of renovations specifically the bathroom. Had a few hiccups with the air not working, being pretty uncomfortable and mosquitos in the room. These things go back to the owners and they need to invest money into renovating the property as it needs it. Again, this is an owner issue and should be resolved asap for the price point of a stay nightly, there’s no reason these things should occur.||However, I’d like to note that Lee (manager) and Roy (front desk concierge) did everything possible to change our rough to start to a better ending. They both were amazingly attentive and kind, and I thank you for this. It shows that the people here make the resort because the resort from just looks doesn’t do it.||Raynard and all the guys at the beach were also great! They made beach days so much fun and daily we looked forward to seeing them all. The housekeeping manger and the other ladies were too great! Roland at the restaurant was our waiter and we enjoyed speaking with him. He was knowledgeable of the menu and kind as well.||This is to name those that made the final|Part of our trip perfect and reset our bad start to a great ending. Although, we’d probably not return to this resort until it’s renovated as we enjoy a more up to date resort, we would be remiss not to mention that kindness of these staff members that turned our frowns upside down. If the owner is reading this, please note that your staff especially those listed here make your resort what it is. Treat them well because without them your ratings wouldn’t be what they are. Thank you again for everything. It is appreciated!||Mr....
