Okay how to start cause i am furious writing this message and was totally blow away with soo poor customer service here how my evening went yesterday ; first they had ladies night with 75 dhs includes 4 drink and selected food totally good offer how ever when i enter in bar no one was pleased to entertained even supervisor (if may ask indian i forgot to ask name) i show the advertisement asking how can i start this offer instead to guide me to table one or their cleaner said sorry mam you are at wrong place and asked me go to the stables , well i was shocked and i came to main door recipient to ask whats going on and she was aswell shocked later she ascot me bar again and one of server came to show me place NO apologies NO Remorse AND NO ONE LOOKING IN MOOD TO WORK as crowd was just started anyhow when i sat i find out ladies night dnt have WINE so i didnt use ladies night and order normal meal attached photo just to refer meanwhile when my friend join me in same issue server was not polite and was pushing her to make all order of drinks and food for ladies night in one goo. When me and my friend showed concern HE JUST SAID OH NO ONE EVER COMPLAINED , we asked for manger and manger was mot available till 11pm he came god know what time NO SORRY NO APOLOGIES NOT GOOD SERVICE IS LIKE UR IN BAR NO MATTER WHAT DNT ASK FOR ANYTHING AND SERVICE IS SUPER POOR If anyone want to enjoy go stables as manager is allway available staff are super polite and helpful , guide u and help with anything …… even music wasnt that good totally...

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your bar on 15/04/2025.

During my visit, I encountered an issue with my bill in which I was denied a discount that I was clearly entitled to. While I attempted to resolve the matter calmly, the situation escalated unnecessarily due to the unprofessional behavior of a manager on duty—a man I was informed is of Moroccan background.

This manager led me to the camera/management room, where he addressed me in an extremely disrespectful and inappropriate manner. Although the billing issue was eventually resolved, I was shocked and disappointed by the tone and attitude he adopted by the end of the conversation. He ultimately told me that I would not be allowed to return to the establishment—a threat that felt completely unwarranted and deeply unprofessional.

As a paying customer, I did not expect to be treated in such a hostile way, particularly after showing patience and cooperation in resolving a billing discrepancy. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure no other customer is subjected to this kind of treatment.

I would appreciate a response from senior management and an explanation of the steps that will be taken to address...
