Tacky Hotel with questionable design and feeling of cost cutting on every corner, how is this Five Stars? Water provided is the cheapeast canned aquafina you can possibly get and its only four cans that get refilled every 3 days. Personal care products? Forget it...Not a single toothbrush or toothpaste is provided let alone cotton swabs for ears or cotton pads for make-up removal or anything you would typically expect to find in a 5 star rated hotel. If you would like to buy these yourself, goodluck finding a store nearby within walking distance and without having to use the footbridge to cross Sheikh Zayed Road.
The only thing provided is a shower cap and a hair dryer...and a stuffed camel which is placed on the bed everyday between the pillows with the note "You can buy me downstairs"..these stuffed animals spend most of the time on the floor. Why place th on my pillow where I put my face? Interior design is somewhere between nomadic desert theme and hollywood and Australian Outback...why kangaroos on the wall and opposite that postcard pictures of Dubai and beduins? (pictures attached)...what does "COWABUNGA" mean?
Rooms don't have smart tv, you will find old 3inch thick LG monitors that are 1080p. If you want to use it as a monitor for trading or reading excel sheets, forget it. Rooms dont have any sound insulation as I found out on my 2nd day when neighbors moved in next door. The neighbors were not loud by any means and even subtly talking on the phone I could easily hear the conversation.
If you receive a room with the view provided in pictures just move out or upgrade as you will never find peace and quiet even late night heading into AM hours. This is due to constant honking of Taxi and loud exotic sportscars with modified exhausts.
Spa is split into Mens and Womens but you can hear through the walls and there is no peace and quiet inside sauna area..Video Attached.
Breakfast Service?...Absent. Hostess Karina is okay but speaks with heavy slavic accent and rolls her eyes when guests unexpectedly switch to Russian and pretends to not understand but proceeds to reply in English :D...This is still a thing? Please take some manners courses from the Staff upstairs on 6th floor who work in the greeting area of spa, they are absolute angels, all of them. Waiters Breakfast Service...Just remove them and make it an Ikea style cafeteria. Coffee is self service anyway. Order of eggs takes 10-15minutes if you are lucky and the waiters don't forget in a half empty dining room. Monkey Bar Staff...
Read moreAfter my recent stay at this hotel, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone. While the property boasts a stylish, creative, and nomadic ambiance, and the interiors are beautiful, the experience was far from pleasant. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in several key areas.
The staff’s professionalism left much to be desired. From the front desk to the concierge, the staff’s behavior and attitude were not only unhelpful but at times quite rude. Proper training is definitely needed, as their conduct gave a poor impression of the hotel.
My friend and I had booked a two-night stay and requested rooms on the same floor, ideally next to each other. Upon arrival at 11 am, we were informed that our rooms would only be ready at 3 pm, which is understandable. However, we kindly asked the front desk to ensure that we were placed on the same floor. When we returned at 3 pm, not only were our rooms still not ready, but they were also not on the same floor, nor were they next to each other. We were asked to wait another hour, which was highly inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. We found it unacceptable that we had to wait in the lobby with no apologies or explanations.
Once we received our rooms, the inconvenience continued. Every time I needed to visit my friend, I had to go down to the reception to request a master key. While this might seem like a minor issue, the constant questioning—asking for my name, birth date, and reasons for visiting my friend—became frustrating and time-consuming. It would have been much simpler if we were given key cards to access each other’s rooms.
As for the room itself, it was less than satisfactory. The curtains didn’t block the sunlight properly, and I had difficulty getting any sleep once the sun was up. Additionally, the frequent interruptions from housekeeping were incredibly disruptive, as they continuously knocked on the door without regard for the time.
All in all, the stay was marred by a series of frustrating issues—room delays, unprofessional staff, poor room quality, and constant disturbances. For a hotel at this price point, it was a disappointing experience, only deserving a one star rating. The hotel certainly needs to improve in many areas to meet the expectations...

Our experience at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central was truly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were cold, unwelcoming, and unhelpful. We had booked 2 rooms and requested the Large Twin Glamping Room with a bathtub via multiple emails and calls – only to be told on arrival that it's very limited and unavailable. We were offered a paid upgrade to the Farmstay, which we accepted just to avoid further hassle.
Only 1 room was given at check-in; the 2nd was promised in an hour. We returned at 4:30PM and had to queue 20+ minutes just to get the second key. Completely disorganized.
The rooftop pool staff were friendly, but it was impossible to get a sunbed before 6PM. Breakfast at Tandoor Tina had a good spread, but staff were absent and hot water at the tea station was lukewarm.
The most concerning part was when my daughter developed bedbug-like bites. When we asked reception if there was a clinic or first aid, we were defensively told “we don’t have bedbugs” (we never accused them). We waited 25 minutes in the lobby for a first aider who never came. At checkout, we were falsely told the first aider “had already met us” – a complete lie.
We also requested late check-out due to delays at check-in. One staff refused outright, while another eventually allowed us to stay until 2PM.
Finally, the valet parking was a nightmare. It took 50 minutes to get our car back. Other guests who came after us received theirs first. Completely unorganized, and I had to raise my voice just to be heard. Absolutely unacceptable. Fifty minutes for valet parking is completely unacceptable – it honestly felt like they parked our car in Jebel Ali, 50 kilometers away. This level of inefficiency is beyond belief.
This was an unbelievable and frustrating experience from start to finish. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to address the glaring...
