I had the opportunity to visit the Iftar buffet at Celsius Restaurant in vocco Hotel, and it was an incredible experience.

Before even talking about the food, I have to highlight the exceptional staff at Celsius Restaurant. The warm welcome from Mr. Krishna Prasad and Ms. Isabell truly made our day. Their dedication and professionalism stood out, and they went above and beyond to assist us. From the moment we arrived, they guided us to our seats with such kindness and enthusiasm, making us feel genuinely valued.

The other staff members in the dining area also deserve special appreciation.(Mr John, Chandana, Tiana, Grace, Rana, Mr Sandesh) They were always nearby, ensuring we had everything we needed and serving us with great care. Their attentiveness and commitment make them the true backbone of this restaurant. Without a doubt, they deserve a five-star rating.

Now, about the menu—it was one of the best Iftar buffets I have ever had! The food was absolutely amazing, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and elegant. The highlight of the buffet was the Ouzi—it was simply outstanding and one of the best I have ever had in my life. Every dish was delicious, but the Ouzi stood out as truly special.

It’s truly one of the best places to dine with family. I am already looking forward to coming back next week with my family and kids. A big thank you to all the staff members for their professionalism and dedication in making Celsius Restaurant a standout destination...

Celsius Restaurant provided one of the best Iftar experiences I’ve ever had when I visited last week, thanks to my friend’s recommendation to try the Uzi. More than just the dish itself, I truly appreciate the staff and the chef for their outstanding service.

From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness of the restaurant stood out and deserves recognition. Finding the exact location was easy, and we were warmly welcomed by a staff member named Krishna Dhakal and Ms isabel. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist customers. Their dedication to his work was evident, and I sincerely thank him from the bottom of my heart.

Regarding the food, the first and foremost highlight was the cleanliness and the well-organized Iftar setup. The arrangement made it easy to navigate, with separate staff members assigned to each area to assist guests in getting their food. This unique setup is something I haven’t seen in many places. Additionally, when I requested a specific seating arrangement, the staff was very accommodating and helped us find the perfect table.

Lastly, I want to extend my gratitude to everyone, especially those who served us with great attention to our needs. The staff who offered drinks and promptly cleaned our table whenever it became messy truly impressed me.they are the backbone of the restaurant. Special thanks to john and Tiana.

My dear friends: Thank you for always exceeding my expectations: the most kindest/ caring/ attentive team I have encountered AGAIN, going beyond to ensure all guests are more than satisfied . I know you're not in this for the money! You execute your job from your heart: Isabell,Abinesh,and the manager Fadnanal/ Muhammad. He is always seeking to go above and beyond Fadnanl....They make me feel like a family member rather than a guest.I HOPE THAT THE CEO understands without these individuals they would nit have the reputation that Voco Dubai has: Voco is nothing without THEM: APPRECIATE THEM! just to add Sam and Stephen: what a delightful smile and genuine hand shake: You guys are Voco Dubai finest assets. One critical viewpoint: Stop trying to fix something that is mot broken, and listen to your staff because they are the ones that implement your business aims and objectives; not the CEO, Pour into your staff ,that they feel valued: I noticed a big change in Voco, but the staff have not changed their attitudes and still deliver outstanding customers service, your product can't stand without them.
