Phantom House Club — Local services in Dubai

It was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. We had a birthday and 3 table next to each other were booked for us with a minimum charge of 350dhs per person.

ambiance: when we were waiting for the band it was very nice 😂 once the band started I felt I had numbness in my head of how loud the music was. I really believe they don’t have a sound Technician , this is how bad the loudness was.

the food: we have paid 350 per person excluding the shisha, we got one plate of each starters and 1 small plate of barbecue on each table. It was definitely not worth 350 dirhams. And they haven’t even put desert or anything to cover the amount we have paid for. Starters were ok, barbecue was cold.

the band: not to my taste but maybe some people would like it, but our issue was we couldn’t even stand to dance even though within our table, we could see other tables could do it, but we also saw the floor manager calling the usher to tell us to sit. Then someone else would come and say it’s ok if it’s within ur table but then when we do it they come And say please sit. I understand this is Covid rules but when they sold us the table it wasn’t sold this way.

We wanted to sit outside from how loud it was, the manager said sorry we can’t move u even though it was empty, his reasoning that they close the terrace early, by the time it was 1.30 we couldn’t stay longer and left and found people still setting on the terrace so I am not sure why he refused to move us. Actually we had an extremely bad experience;

So its more to an Arabic place; you got shisha and maza, but not sure why they add the sushi!

Our experience last night (and first in the point) was really bad; mainly from the service. The place is wonderful with an amazing view.. and thats it. We came for the ladies night offer, and while booking they did not mentioned that it will be only inside and you cannot come in shorts. We explain to the person in charge and he said no problem we can sit outside and still get the offer (which was good); in two hours we got served with one shisha (included) and three drinks (the wine took more than 30 mins - included). When we ask for the bill; both shisha and wine were added although the guy said that its free for ladies night offer. After almost 30 mins we end up paying the wine..

never had such kind of experience in Dubai and never recommending or...

Considering the location and activities, phantom does .. it would be great if they have better booking service within the same standards of Dubai: when you book , its nice to inform your customer about the packages and offerings of the day to avoid confusion and embarrassment ! The management led by Maroun Hajj makes fun of customer requests on social media but they don’t consider that customers might be clueless as its first time they come to phantom and they are not sure if its a restaurant or a lounge ! Instead of making fun of customers, take better measures to gain more customers .. people come to places such as phantom to change their mood and its better to leave good print into your customer’s minds to...
