DAMAC Maison Distinction — Hotel in Dubai

Beware... I booked this hotel on booking, which showed promising reviews The rooms were not as clean as I would like. The bed was uncomfortable, and not as clean as they showed on the images. The rooms are outdated.. But the service overall was good until the final day..

Something about the front desk staff was off.. But nothing have happened until I left.. I saw that I've posted a review on booking and already been approved.. Even though I didn't write any review.. Apparently, on the day that I arrived, I've handed the front staff a printed version of my booking, which had the security code and pin on top.. The issue is, I thought that the security code and pin is used by the hotel staff to confirm the booking.. unfortunately, I realize later that it gave them access to my own account on booking which they used to write a review with full 10 stars and mentioning their names and giving themselves a good review in my name !!!

I absolutely could not believe it and the thought of them thinking that I wouldn't notice this is unbelievable...

I realize then that the style of writing that was posted in my name on booking was repeated way too many times in other families names... which means that they faked way too many reviews to hide the low score given by actual people !!! Not the hotel staff so don't be fooled by the high reviews...

I stayed in damac for one night with my family and nephews and it was a great experience 10/10

The hotel staff was amazing and helpful Very kind very understanding very nice attitude The rooms are great and the view is top notch
