BIG DISAPPOINTMENT 🧐

When you go to Burj Khalifa, you expect excellence and everything . Start from beginning of joining venue till you leave it.

The first thing to point: there was nobody in reception. So-so welcoming service and looking for the person who can make you seated. I came at 10 PM ( the time the venue opened long time back from 6pm).

Second thing - broken tables . How come I believe each table was cracked . I checked around five of them… as well there was couches which still have burned from cigarette, scratches and kind of dirt stains... That’s super weird.

#3 service wise - they literally forget about me and they served same food for the other people even though they came half an hour after me. And I have to tell them about it and they were like arguing instead of apologizing and do something about it straight away. Only one nice waitress was there, i belive Philippines lady. I didn’t ask her name, but I said for her thank you personally. She’s the only one who was refilling the drink without me asking and looking for someone. However, everyone else was passing by empty cup, and ignore it. Obviously, I can see that you can see…
