I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bagatelle Dubai, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled in the heart of the city, this gem offers an elegant and dynamic atmosphere that perfectly balances sophistication that creates a welcoming vibe.

So I initially wrote this review but it gets worse apparently. Not only do they not accept feedback, but they’re also claiming I’m lying. As a ‘reputable’ restaurant, they’re supposed to accept and acknowledge any feedback given to them in order to try to improve, not just deny and make a guest look like a liar. That’s a proof of bad management and lack of professionalism.

I never said that the 500aed weren’t mentioned, I just said it’s a bit ridiculous and too expensive for what you get in return, and again this is my personal opinion; the food isn’t great and you definitely don’t get what you paid for and I know I’m not the only one who thinks that. As for the music, I will say it again and again; last year, it was a true French night experience. This time I stayed until around 1 am and almost no French songs were played.

They contacted me on WhatsApp yesterday to give me a call today which they never did. I clearly mention in my comment that I HAVE been there before, so again, if I was willing to return it’s because I LOVED IT before and I really wanted to bring my French friends (which have never been there) to experience it, but they were disappointed too.
