Sky Lux Dubai — Restaurant in Dubai

It was a struggle finding the place because it can only be accessed by certain elevators in the back of the hotel not front and there's no signs to point you in the right direction so had to ask for directions. When we finally got there it wasn't worth the problems. Completely empty with tacky interior design. Shisha was weak and ordinary so not worth the 150. When we ordered water they just gave us 2 bottles of water. Only redeeming quality would be the view outside but the windows are foggy from lack of cleaning it seems so you can't really enjoy the view fully. Overall very disappointing experience. Absolutely bad experience this guy lawrence acted with us in a bad attitude i always come and book tables and i buy from inside this time i came late at 2 am he was like there is no way you will enter and he called the security and told him to move this man away ! Is this a way to treat customers ? What a miserable lounge! Had high expectations after some of the post i saw on IG and got tempted to pay it a visit and i was taken aback by the sad furniture the wear and tear it had! We ordered a wine and they only had one type and i had no choice but order it and it was chilean red wine.
