My recent visit to this restaurant was a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff was more interested in being miserable than providing any semblance of service. The waiter who attended to us must have been having the worst day of his life, as he couldn't even be bothered to pretend to care about customers.
It's now clear why there's never a wait at this place. Who would willingly subject themselves to such a pitiful dining experience? The food, which they seem to be content with labeling as "average," was a mere reflection of the overall mediocrity that plagues this establishment.
But the pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the arrival of the so-called "special guests." Suddenly, chaos erupted as the entire staff became hyperactive, scurrying around like headless chickens. It was like witnessing a poorly orchestrated circus act, with everyone desperately trying to please guests who hadn't even shown up yet.
And then there was our designated waiter, who apparently believed he was above providing any sort of decent service. His attitude was beyond deplorable—throwing disdainful looks and gestures our way, as if we were an inconvenience to his oh-so-important existence. It was as if he had an entire superiority complex crammed into his tiny apron pocket.
One could only wonder if his training involved learning how to infuriate customers. Perhaps they held a masterclass in snobbery just for him. After enduring enough of this disrespect, I decided to confront him. Oh, what a spectacle that turned out to be! Suddenly, he transformed into a caricature of courtesy, dripping with sarcasm so thick you could cut it with a butter knife. It was a tragic attempt at redemption that only served to accentuate his lack of professionalism.
In conclusion, I can say with certainty that I will never subject myself to such a horrendous experience again. This restaurant should serve as a case study on how NOT to treat your customers. If they're aiming for a level of service that leaves you questioning your decision to leave the house, then they have truly succeeded. Kudos to them for setting the bar so...
Read moreVisited this Restaurant recently for dinner. Firstly the staff greeted us very warmly and ask us which table we preferred. The ambience is very well done and is quite spacious. Perfect to host special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries.
The menu is quite elaborate. We ordered the following. Pani Puri - It's one of my fav chaat items and loved how it was served in a very unique way. It tasted nice and the quality of the puri was great.
Dahi Bhalle - Loved it! So rich and creamy loaded with Yoghurt. Loved the batter.
Samosa - It was crispy outside and so soft inside. Loved the fact it wasn't looking too oily. The filling was yummy served with a tangy dip
For Grills we called for Mutton Seekh, zafrani chicken Tikka and Paneer Malai Tikka. The seekh was so soft served on a hot pan so it remains hot and fresh. Same for the zafrani tikka served on a hot grill. Love the marination. It was so soft didn't even need a knife to cut it. The paneer was creamy one of those few paneer tikkas that weren't bland inside it was flavorful inside as well as outside.
For Main ordered Chicken Biryani - It was dum Biryani closed with a roti. Loved how it was so light yet so delicious. It was loaded with chicken which was so soft and so well marinated. Mutton Kheema - Absolutely loved the Kheema. The right spices not too oily and just very yummy in red masala. Ordered 2 types of bread both were amazing and rich.
For dessert we ordered Gulab Jamun and Jalebi. Both were Amazing. Loved the Gulab Jamun it was so rich.
Overall i loved the quality of the good. You can tell from the taste that all the ingredients used are premium. Definitely recommend it for a great experience. The staff is also really friendly. The manager shiv took good care of us and constantly checked up on...

Let me start with overall experience we had at this place.
Ambience is good, slightly overcrowded sitting arrangements,
When we enter
The table we sat, was unclean, upon asking to clean, the waiter asked us to move to other table which we denied. He unwillingly ask other waiter to clean. It took them quite a while.
There was no tissue on the table, we waited for them to bring it, but nothing happened so we requested.
Service - 1 Star
We ordered mutton biryani, it was bland, never have i ever had anything like this. The meat was not blended well in spices, we asked recommendations, waiter could not suggest anything.
Food - 1 star
The waiter who cleaned table brought mutton Biryani with his THUMB INSIDE THE BIRYANI.
We saw another waiter serving another table with THUMB inside the Biryani Pot, i think it’s cultural in this restaurant to put thumb inside the biryani
The waiter does not have any proper training on communication, table etiquette, customer service.
There was no Salads, we had to ask for it.
After we finished, the waiter did not ask if he can take plates, he just took it interupting our conversations.
Upon asking bill, the waiter brought the receipt without any book, kept it on table, we paid cash in his hand. Insteas handing over cash he kept on table.
I have visited many restaurants in different countries, never experienced this...
