Habib Beirut — Restaurant in Dubai

It was a pleasure to be in Habib Beirut today, I never tried this restaurant before but today it was stunning experience, first of all the staff are so welcoming, then we meet JEFF, he treated us like a VIP customer. JEFF took a full care of us.

The order was very clear to the staff and once we ordered the food started to be on the table, the starters from Taboula to fatoush to Hummus to all the starters were delicious. Then the main course of 2 kg mix grill came, the portions of the food is really good, the chicken taste was so delicious and perfectly done! Adding to that the meat was amazing also.

Then we were surprised that they give a compainmantry complementary desert which was a really nice thing to be done.

the place is so clean and well organised, you will be treated like home.

The food is good, but the service is unacceptable. Yesterday, I was still eating when the waiter came over and rushed me to pay, making me feel like I was being kicked out—despite there still being an hour before closing. I gave it another try the next day, arriving even earlier (at 20:45), only to be told the kitchen was already being cleaned. The restaurant is supposed to close at 22:00, but it seems they prefer to shut down early, regardless of posted hours. Terrible management who would treat people this bad, we were at the exhibition and came there to take some food, they handed us the menu which was old and dirty of food left overs, we chose sandwiches and they refused to sell us... Why? They said "we need to sell more expensive food because it's exhibition time" so after few questions the Lebanese guy on the cashier said "maybe you guys can go buy food from inside that mall" he was so unprofessional and unfriendly.
