Saturday night when coming from a meal, we noticed next union square doors were still open so we walked in. From the men's section I picked up a trouser and a t-shirt. We decided to go downstairs to look at womens clothes. At the bottom of the stairs stood two female store attendance who looked angry and shouted we are now closed. The two ladies were really rude. We were taken aback by these womens behavior. Yes the store was closing but there was no need to be rude about it. I have to comment on the girl on the tills she was still smilling and lovely. I complemented this girl on how good she was. On the way out I thought I should say something to the rude lady, I told her yes they are closing but there is no need to be rude about it. She still answered rudely saying she had made an announcement. I said we never heard any announcement that they were closing, the doors were wide open when we walked in, to me if the doors are wide open and no one is stood at the doors to say shop is closed, its a sign the shop is open. I reminded the woman to be mindful of how she speaks with customers. She carried on with her rudeness..I asked what her name was as she wasn't wearing a badge she said Monica. Please next this Monica woman is not a nice lady, if she is the manager I feel sorry for the staff...
