Great service in the Bath outlet, several purchases since last November. Samsung and LG TV's, DAC (Cambridge Audio DacMagic 100) and a Soundbar (JBL Boost that I happened to listen to when visiting to test a digital tv tuner toslink performance, was so impressed as to buy the very unit I tested as a gift to boost my parents tv. I had excellent rapport with their in house senior sales advisor Freddy who assisted me greatly in advice, demoing, and more importantly after sales support. This is where the services of knowledgeable staff that know not only the products but the various technologies used in the different models of device (which can be discrete to the consumer but mean a difference in the price and performance of a similar product) are invaluable. This is what you get, a great service, great value products and advice, then if you have any questions they are happy to respond and are quick to do so. It's always best to visit the shop as it can be sporadically busy with the sales advisors giving great one to one service to their visiting customers. There's a convenient place to stop and load/unload any gadgets, no pressure whilst you wait for fantastic one to one help. You will already know this if you have ever visited. From my initial 'popping in' to my return to have a 'serious' look, Freddy helped us look through the options available for our price range and needs. I'm not completely audio/visual savvy but I'm not completely a novice either and Freddy managed to pitch things just right and also made me feel comfortable about asking questions, even the daft ones.
As they have a price match promise and stock good products, I wasn't nervous about making a 'bad' purchase as such, so just needed help making the right purchase for our needs. I do believe Freddy helped us with this.
Just thought I should mention that you can actually see the HDTV's running HD content! (You can't see a HD TV in action in a well known electrical chain store, would you believe? As they don't have them wired up...they were all showing SD content?!, they could only show a demo on a memory stick so no live HDTV action). I think seeing how the TV shows the HD channels...

Gave to me as as gift gave him my nad .It was sealed boxed opened it dust cover broken .rang them. told me have to order new cover for 40 quid as no receipt. My mate gave me receipt so I could exchange .rang them they basically told me receipt means nothing and they wouldn't help due to company.policy . I'd suggest go to some where where a receipt does matter and where customers actually matter . Not even bothered about the 40 quid but no exchange etc .was.about to spend 1000,s on new equipment there, so glad I had this experience for 300 quid not 10k . I think it's important for future customers to be made fully aware of your attitude and fake customer.policies. see you in small claims court .
UPDATE . lol had call today . Said no to exchange . Did offer a free dust cover in exchange for amending my review lol...
