I really enjoyed this museum, though I'd have felt put out if I'd paid full price. With an art pass it's £3.50 which I think is okay, but £7 for a museum this small is too much. That being said, the staff are excellent and the museum itself contains plenty of information. I am hugely interested in the Georgian period and love Bath as a historical city, and its architecture is a huge part of that. It's small and compact, and you could spend 1-2 hours there (I only had 1.5 hours and I was rushing, but I read everything).
