Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Bath

Awful experience. Place was filthy, tables covered with discarded plates, cups etc, staff completely unconcerned. I moved two full trays to the tray shelves and when the chap brought my coffee over I had to ask him to remove the remainder - comically he piled it onto a tray and then dumped it onto another table! I ordered at the table using the QR code, said on the acknowledgement to collect the coffee from the counter and the scone from the order point (so why have an order at table option if you then have to go and get the food?). When I went to the counter to get the coffee the chap said he'd bring it over. He did, some time later - then did the aforementioned nonsense with the used cricket. There's more, staff at coffee station not noticing customers as they were watching their phone, general air of customers having to wait while staff did their thing very slowly and with no suggestion of knowing what they were doing. Oh, and every tray at the counter was filthy, covered in...

Ordered the Ultimate Breakfast but wanted to substitute the sausages for eggs as I'm not a great lover of the make they have. Was told that I couldn't substitute but if I wanted extra eggs then I'd have to pay for them and they would take out the sausages. So basically they wouldn't refund me for the sausages and I'd have to pay extra for the eggs...yeah you work that out. The fried bread was awful, if you could wring bread out the oil would fill a shot glass. They forgot the black pudding slices too but brought them to the table. I wish they'd left them out to be honest. They were rock hard, I knew this as I banged them on the table. Poor table would have been dented if I kept whacking it. All in all, a waste of money and left...

No one there to serve. One person Plate the food up. Not seen was hands once. Food cold and clearly been left under hot lamp for a while. Seen lady plate up some beans and leave them under “gantry” or hot light for about 5 minutes not in a gastro just on a plate. Egg not edible windy flipped constantly before serving. Tables dirty no one picked up the plates from previous people. Lady that serving the food touching her hair and face...
