Pizza Go Go Bath — Restaurant in Bath

I’m sure that the pizza from pizza GoGo is great however I will not know after an experience that left me without pizza but with a new confidence that this place is awful. We ordered our food at 12:14 and were told it would arrive at 1:20 and hour wait which we though was fine, however come 1:20 we did not have any pizza we also had no word from the place we were ordering food from despite multiple calls and emails when it got to 2:00 and our pizza was now over half an hour late. Eventually we were told that our food had arrived at our house which didn’t seem to be true unless they have somehow developed a new technology that allows pizza to be invisible, we checked and the address on our order was correct and easy to find using any sort of maps app or SATNAV so we could rule out that it had gone somewhere else, it got to 3 and we realised that this pizza was probably not coming at all at this point. We ended up not being able to eat and are yet to receive the refund that we have had to request. So this place has taken our money as well as not giving us pizza so you can probably guess we will not be using this place again and if anyone reads this I suggest you...

Very disappointed and annoyed. Ordered last week, not very warm and the delivery guy was very rude. Some of it was burnt. I ordered some garlic bread that didnt arrive and they still wont pay me back, for the order I didnt receive. When I gave them a call they said they were closing and hanged the phone up on me. Took an hour to deliver. Customer service well all I can say is you need to speak to your staff and explain about manners. I don't ever write reviews in fact this is probably the first one iv ever written in my life. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Definitely think before ordering...

I’ve been a regular at this takeaway for over three years, and it’s consistently impressed me. While occasionally the pizza is just your standard fare, most of the time it’s absolutely amazing. And those warm, gooey cookies? They should honestly be illegal for being too good!

Delivery times are also fantastic—I’ve never had to wait more than 40 minutes, even during busy periods.

The customization options for the pizzas are top-notch, letting you really make it your own. Unless something drastic changes, I’ll be happily ordering from this place for many...
