eurochange Belfast - CastleCourt Shopping Centre - Upper Mall — Local services in Belfast

Customer service does NOT exist in either of the 2 kiosks in Castlecourt, Belfast. I stood at The Lower Mall shop for a solid 15 minutes and no one appeared to give me my preordered currency. I phoned the telephone number while standing there and no answer. I looked for a sign which might have told me when the attendant might be back, nothing. I went to the Upper Mall shop for help and explained to that person that no one was in the Lower Mall shop and was told "no need for the attitude, love!! She must be away to the toilet." I went back to the Lower Mall shop and approached the counter when the customer in front was finished, as the lady (Denise) had returned by then, and was told there was another lady in front of me. I explained that I had been there for 15 munutes and no one was there to serve me and was told "Yeah, because I was on my break" this was less than 1 hour before closing time. When I finally got my currency it was not counted in front of me, there was no please or thank you on her part and this is not the first time that I have experienced bad customer service here. I will never use this business again and will discourage all of my family and friends from using it also. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere and hold on to my dignity at...

Served today by a fella Marcus,very friendly and helpful this fella was so nice, chatted away the whole time while getting me the rates and sorting out my money, it made it so much more easier then standing in dead silence. Waited for half an hour although only two customers in front of me. The exchange board wasn't working so only when I got to the cashier I found out that for 500 euros which today are worth £425.25 (real value) you only get £365 WHICH IS INSANE!!
