Tucked away inside Castle Court, this small little spot serves some really amazing drinks and ice creams. The menu is exciting and different from what you usually find in most places around here. One of the highlights for me was the pistachio ice cream with kunafa — it genuinely made me so happy. Rich, creamy, with that crispy touch from the kunafa. You can tell they are doing something special here. But as much as I loved the product, the experience left me feeling disappointed. Not because of the staff themselves, but because of how poorly things seem to be managed. They did a big push for their Dubai chocolate range — it was all over social media, people were sharing it everywhere. Naturally, I got excited too. But when I actually went to try it, the line was so long it stretched all the way to Poundland. And the reason? Just two staff members trying to serve this massive crowd brought in by all the marketing. You could see how stressed they were, trying their best but completely overwhelmed. It honestly made me feel bad for them. They were doing their best, but it was not fair. The management really needs to rethink how they are running this. You cannot promote something that heavily and then not be prepared for the response. It creates a mess, slows everything down, and in the end it ruins what should have been a great moment. So yes, I loved the ice cream. But waiting half an hour for it? That...

Since the place opened in castle court i have been regularly, always had good experience. The ice creams are so refreshing, i definitely recommend trying sorbets. I have also tried the hot chocolates and milk hot chocolate is the best in my opinion.

My favorite has to be the Dubai pistachio strawberries, i have had it over three times and wouldn't mind waiting hours for it. The strawberries are super fresh and the mixture of the chocolate with the pistachio cream and kunafa is unbelievable. I recently tried the Easter eggs and they are so delicious.

Overall, great quality of ice creams and chocolates and the service is great although it can be busy, Romana always handles it. Its my...

Came in with my partner and girls and we got individual 1 scoop cups of kinder bueno, pistachio and raspberry ripple ice cream. My partner got a banana hot chocolate topped with squirty cream that tasted like vanilla ice cream and crushed caramelised peanuts on top. The ice cream were lovely and creamy and the flavours weren't overpowering so it wasn't sickly.

We were served by Romana, she was very polite and friendly especially to my 3yr old who couldn't quite see the counter so she waited until my partner picked her up so she could watch her ice cream being scooped. Great service, great product, reasonably priced. Definitely somewhere to stop off for a sweet...

Was quite expensive for what we got, £28 for a tea, latte, hot chocolate and 2 little half cups of melted chocolate with a small handful of banana pieces each. The chocolate tasted amazing but it’s just very expensive for what it was. The atmosphere was lacking, we were the only people in there and the one staff member kept disappearing so we were literally in the place alone, quite strange. I probably wouldn’t go in again because of the price and lack of atmosphere even though the chocolate was amazing everything else was bog standard, not worth it tbh.

Very frustrated. I went there to have a waffle, but they don’t sell them anymore. The price of the chocolate is not worth it. The hot chocolate has an industrial taste, and I really didn’t like it. The chocolate I bought was also disappointing. The rabbit should be solid, and for that reason more expensivebut, some parts were hollow. I really don’t recommend this place. It was a waste of time and money. I strongly suggest the manager remove some of the videos and photos, as most of those items are no longer available.

We absolutely love Taste of Belgium! We've been going every week since they opened. All the chocolates are handmade with natural ingredients and change often, so there's different flavour combinations to try. The hot chocolates and coffees are delicious. They even have a small area with a little table, books and a few toys for young children, our daughter loves it! The owners are very friendly and chatty and the atmosphere is chilled and comfortable.
