Although I have lived here for years, it has not been easy for me to learn english, so my daughter always accompanies me to do certain errands like buying euros to travel, however at one point while we were waiting in line my daughter walked away and suddenly I I was in front of the girl from Eurochange, without much to say, she noticed my difficulty and my spanish accent, so she offered to help me in spanish!! This was not what I expected, he did it excellently, with a lot of professionalism and good treatment. I wish everyone could meet people like Kirsty, who made a stressful time for me a pleasant experience, from now on I will always make my changes there, thanks Eurochange, for your trained people, it is a super plus....

We had top notch service from euro change castle court , our assistant was called Denise on the ground floor ! Denise was extremely professional helpful & knowledgeable but most of all warm and friendly which was so lovely ! Went to buy Dollars. Originally went to the Bureau upstairs but they didn't have enough in singles for me, however the girl very helpfully phoned to their bureau downstairs where Kirsty had the amount I was looking for ready and waiting for me to buy and collect. Kirsty was extremely professional in her approach yet very friendly and helpful. I have used this exchange now a couple of times and will continue to do so...
