Visited this evening before a concert, I have to say I think the location is excellent and it’s a nice vibe on entry. We went in for food and was bitterly disappointed in all honesty! The wife had a stone cold pizza which honestly wasn’t great…she left over half as it really was gross! I had a chicken burger which was slightly undercooked and came with around 15 chips, we had a side of fries and onion rings, the rings was ok but the side of fries was on a tiny plate and consisted of about 12 chips!!! Ā£5 a side I’m expecting a tad more than we received!! The burgers need to be presented better for sure!!! If you’re charging Ā£15 you gotta play fair. Nobody asked us how the food was…..I would have told them! I hope they take this on board as it’s a constructive criticism and the location and idea is absolutely right and the potential is there. Would I go again?….for food no way!! For a drink yeah for sure.

Poped in for a light bite and a drink was not disappointed large selection of drinks and a fresh new menu. Friendly and helpful staff and a cracking vibe. Vegetarian options are available on the menu staff are very helpful in recommending a tasty treat what ever you are looking for Also has a downstairs bar to hire out. Just want to say thank you to romio and kieran for putting on giving us great hospitality myself and my partner will be back again very soon. 4.9 out of 5 for a very tidy Guinness served extra cold

Redcorc went above and beyond for us! šŸ˜ We hosted our Christmas event at this bar and it was 100% perfect. From morning setup to pack down in the evening, the staff were on it with festive decorations, attentive service & amazing food and drink! We couldn't have asked for anything less & we want to thank Chris & the team for everything they've done for us and we look forward for our relationship with them to blossom. Thank you so much - we'll be back! Would recommend this bar to absolutely anyone šŸ’—

While the food was great, I was sorely disappointed by the service. I walked in, no patron was seated, the staff was busy on their phones or too busy cleaning to bother acknowledging me. It wasn’t until I was blankly stared at that I asked do I just seat myself? Then after looking over the menu for a bit, ready to decide, no one comes over, staff still too busy on their phones, again, no one else in there, finally I chime up, do I come up to you to place the order? Yeah, okay. Cool. I’d like to get the Mac and Cheese, oh, you don’t have that? Cool cool cool. Glad I spent all this time looking over the menu with zero interaction on the going ons in the restaurant to find that out at last minute. Mind you, I came in because they were next door to the Elliot Minor concert at O2 Institute and playing Elliot Minor on their speakers to attract me. Note: I’m wearing a shirt that in big bold letters says ā€œElliot Minorā€.

After some time, they did receive some customers (truly, not a lot), but I look down at the time, it’s been over 30 min for a burger on their menu with no changes, should be standard, unless maybe they were freshly slaughtering the cow that moment. I make eye contact with the busy phone guy and he lets me know about 2 more minutes. In the mean time I’m getting kind of antsy because next door they’re lining up for the show I know and I had not expected to be in there nearly that long. Scarfed down my food, which was fresh and hot, and thankful that I had already paid and got out.

If you have time to kill, the food was worth it, but if you have some where to be, go to the Subway on the other...

TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Had the misfortune to go to this place on Thursday. It is next door to a music venue, O2 Academy Institute. Arrived at 6pm, place looked really nice, and music playing included the band we were going to see, so obviously they were aware there was a gig next door. There were about a dozen other customers when we arrived, so we ordered food, and got a drink. We ordered a sharing meal, that gave you 6 items for Ā£30, although one of the items we chose was an extra Ā£3, so the cost was Ā£33. After 20 minutes we were told one of our choices was not available, so we chose another, which was also not available, so we ordered another item. After about an hour, the first 3 items arrived, but no knives or forks, no condiments, and no napkins, to wipe your hands.About 10 minutes later we received the condiments, and a further 10 minutes to get 2 of the 3 items we were still waiting for. The one missing was the one that we had been charged an additional Ā£3 for, which we were then told was also not available. No offer of an alternative, no offer of some of our money back, and no apology. Absolutely Diabolical ā€œserviceā€....
