Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Birmingham

This drive thru Costa is a great little gem of a coffee shop, it’s conveniently located at the five ways roundabout In Birmingham.

The drive through approximately 7 - 12 minutes as it is relatively small only serving 8 cars at at time. There are parking spaces with 3 hour limit I do not believe you have to pay for parking (I do advise that you check upon entry).

Inside of the café was relativity welcoming. The staff where bustling about completing orders but no attention was given to the vacant tables that still had the residue of the last customers present and chairs that where covered in crumbs and juices.

It’s a little pricey for a herbal tea as one Jasmin’s and Green Tea Pot was £2.10 when it’s just a tea bag and hot water which is free of requested.

As you walk in you see several tables to be seated and the cold fridge for toasties and sandwiches some fresh fruit too. You can buy Costa merch as well like flasks and cups.

To the back of the cafè there is two cute meeting room type seating areas where you can really enjoy the peace and quite and maybe do some group meetings in peace with a nice coffee.

It’s convenient as it’s is on the door step of a well known hotel and the edge...

Djali , my sister from another mister,served me today as I popped in the store though its a drive thru.... She was warm welcoming knowledgeable and made my time in Costa a joy. I ended up buying a selection of cakes after her and her colleagues advised me on what tastes the best. My cortado was also on point!

Update * Arrived at the drive-thru for a visit inside the coffee shop when I looked on Google it told me that the the coffee shop would be closing at 8 I arrived at 6:50 to be told that I could only stay for 10 minutes and that the drive-thru was open for another hour we were offered drinks in takeaway Cup and we accepted this offer the colleague known to me as RAS was extremely professional and friendly throughout my visit he did not rush me out the door despite telling me what the rules wear and I thoroughly enjoyed my cortado despite being told it would be in a takeaway Cup he managed to put it in some glassware for me I appreciate the customer service received today day on the 25th of August 20-22 so you guys again soon please excuse any errors in spelling this message has...

Got served by i think her name is IMRAN So back in the summer I visited this branch and the same girl got my order wrong THREE TIMES, understandably I got frustrated as I said simple order it wasn’t complicated so I don’t understand how she got it wrong three times. The next time I went, she held it against me that I was frustrated and bear in mind, I did not say anything rude to her at all, Nor did I raise my voice, But her interaction has been cold towards me ever since like it’s my fault that she’s incompetent. I decided to change branches just so I can avoid seeing her again, but this time I went this morning thinking that she wouldn’t be there because she don’t usually work on Wednesdays that I’ve noticed as she did the same cold reception again no ‘please’ no ‘thank you’ just dropping my things and then slammed The windows shut. I have filed a complaint since as this is unacceptable & Unprofessional. Why would someone hold it against me that she has two brain cells? To be fair she looks like she should not be handling food, I don’t think she bathes not being funny. I will carry on going to the Pershore Road branch as they seem to be...
