Me, my boyfriend and friend went to their 'Relax and unwind with the ritual of Sakura' event on 28th April, where they spoke about skin care, spiritual health and overall wellbeing. It was stated that it was their first time organising this type of event, but because it was organised well, staff spoke clearly and the small workshops ran smoothly you wouldn't have been able to tell it was their first time. I think in general the Ritual store gives an overall presence of peace and calmness, which sometimes when life gets busy we don't always get the chance to feel that relaxation. So, if you have time during your day just pop in and say hello to the time. We were really blessed to be part of this event!

Read moreI love the Rituals brand and usually shop at Sheffield , however on my recent work trip to Birmingham I decided to nip into the Grand Central store. Although the store appeared clean and tidy I was surprised to see that no Covid precautions were being taken. Working in retail myself I am aware of how important it is to make sure customers feel safe when shopping but even I didn't feel safe in visiting a store where no visors or masks were being worn by the staff, there didn't appear to be enough sanitiser dispensers and gloves weren't being worn even when demonstrating the products.
