AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The majority of reviews for this company are blatantly fake and robotically written in the same format. This is the most unethical, bizarre and disgraceful laser company I have ever come across. They deny they were previously VGMedispa, however one of their workers from head office confirmed this on the phone, when I bought a deal through Groupon. They also bizarrely go by the name PCK skin, and keep changing their name due to poor reviews, please look up VGMediaspa.

The technicians purposefully place the laser on a low setting, and do not let the machine run its full course on your body. I have been going to another salon where I have seen results almost immediately and following 6 sessions, no regrowth. However at this salon, the staff/company clearly have a ridiculous business model, wherein they try to upsell as much as possible, by ensuring you don't get results by doing the bare minimum. I initially bought 6 sessions through Groupon and when I did not see results, was encouraged to buy 6 more. I have had 12 sessions on my legs altogether, and my hair grows back just as much each time. I have clearly observed the difference in the setting they put the laser on and the length of time they use it for, considering I go to a legitimate salon elsewhere that has great reviews and a big customer base. This salon is always empty when I visit and the staff look bored, massive contrast to other established salons.

In my most recent visit, the technician purposefully put the setting so low that I could not even feel the laser, she did the same with my mum also. This is a disgusting tactic, as this can trigger more hair growth. They are unprofessional and are most likely going to go bust soon and change their name again. Do not be enticed by the 'cheap' deals on Groupon, they are incompetent...

During my consulttion I experienced a few issues that have made me feel uncomfortable continuing with them. Specifically:

I was incorrectly told that the area under my chin is not included in NHS funding, even though this is part of the standard facial area. I was offered private “deals” and additional paid packages despite already having NHS funding. The number of funded hours was stated incorrectly as 14, and I had to correct this to 16 hours myself. *I was told there's not enough hair to do a patch test even tho there was stubble 2 days growth and she said it needs to be at least 7 days of growth, even if this is the case I should of been told before a wasted consultation.

It makes me wonder how many other trans patients have been under funded and not been treated in the funded areas covered by the NHS, it definitely wasn't a mistake because they made it very clear they do not do under the chin

Because of this, I no longer feel confident that this clinic will provide my NHS-funded treatment appropriately or...

Unfortunately, this clinic uses foolishness. I went there because of the Christmas offer I’ve got hydrafacial and skin tightness also 2 vitamins injections.. the one who is doing the treatment told me that I will give you a hair laser “ test “ you can see our laser machine how it works because I am not convinced with the laser they have! She did not tell me that it was a consultation and its price was £99. And advised me to get 6 sessions with them with a 80% discount i paid £200 upfront for 6 sessions Imagine, I discovered all of this when I had a breathing problem and needed to have an operation, and I informed them that I wanted to cancel the plan because I don’t want any financial obligations.. suddenly they said That the laser consultation it cost £99 and face laser cost £130 and more more !
