Teenie Weenies Softplay and Nursery — Local services in Birmingham

We took our 13 month old son here and he had a wonderful time! I love that the under 3's area is a smaller soft play climbing structure complete with slide and ball pool, rather than simply some toys and a padded floor. It's not a huge area but our little boy absolutely loved it because he could walk/crawl around it himself. The main play area is quite big and has a great selection of things to play on. Up at the very top there is also a light up floor which our little guy adored too.

They offer a creche facility and do parties too although we haven't used either service.

Entry is very reasonable compared to other places and they have plenty of seating at their cafe area for parents. Being located opposite the Bull Ring is great as we could go and shop for a while, then play without having to travel any further. It also makes it easy to access by car and is not far from the bus stops and train stations either.

My nieces love coming here and spending a few hours running wild. It might look small initially but a lot of the play area is above the seating section and there's plenty to keep kids occupied. Adults can enter the play area to help little ones too. They have a 90 minute time limit during busy periods although I've never seen this enforced.

It's generally quite clean and the staff are always polite. The cafe offers drinks, snacks and lunch options at reasonable prices. We usually bring our own water bottles/juice & crisps then buy lunch from the cafe - never had any issues with this although they probably wouldn't allow packed lunches/hot food from elsewhere.

The only real negative is that they don't seem to accept card payments anymore however there's a cash machine inside that's...

The teachers and staff are awesome group of professionals who changed our child's life for the better by going there from the age of 2 to 4, we have nothing but positive memories from how she learned to potty train easier with the nursery helping to how she can communicate with all types of people.

Everyone is very approachable for advice and happy to help with anything about your child's learning or health. They used a app which tells you about the day and directed messages with the staff about your kids day and news about theme days and photos shared which is really nice to see your kid happy in class.
