Spices — Restaurant in Birmingham

The people at this shop either dont know how to read English or they just thick!! I paid £8.50 on just eat for a half pounder burger (single) They send me a quarter pounder instead. I rang up to complain and request they send out the right burger. The man on the phone was rude and said sorry we can’t as we don’t have drivers, All our deliveries are done through just eat. I asked for his name and he refused to give me it. What kind of business are you guys running. It’s a shambles & the prices are extortionate. I will never order from you guys again and also I will tell everyone I know what a scamming place you are. Tbh the food ain’t all that either for the price you pay!!!! NOT HAPPY...

Love coming to this shop. The food has always been on point for me. I usually stick with what I know, number 4 and 6. But I've tried their biryani and other Asian cultured food dishes and they tasted lovely. The only problem I have here is you can't pay by card, cash only. Other than that, they work hard to get your food to you as quick as they can, and as you know you cannot rush perfection if you want quality. You also get a great portion for the prices too.
