One problem after another; completely incompetent. Do NOT recommend for large groups or vegans.

Our table of 18 came prepared with pre-ordered our food. They kept emailing and messaging the organiser of the event confusing us with other reservations. We arrived with a wheel-chair user with prior notice, our table was upstairs???They ended up moving us to a table already seated with drinks to accommodate our pre-booked party. They mistakenly thought we called earlier to change our food order and we ended up having to correct them. We tried adding a sweet potato fries but were told they were not available, so got skinny fries instead. When the food arrived we received both skinny and then the sweet potato fries they said they didn't have.

Our party we had two vegan pizzas ordered for a myself (mother) and 2 children that don't eat dairy. I was served what we believed was a vegan cheese but after my kids had 4 slices; I had a bite of my kids pizza and it clearly tastes of real cheese. It made me feel extremely sick. When my partner went to speak to a member of staff, they asked the chef, and he claimed the pizza was vegan. Then when asked to see the cheese product (in which the manager was involved) he showed my partner a bag labeled cheddar cheese... THIS IS DANGEROUS.

Although the manager apologised (not the chef responsible), In future I would recommend putting precautions in place to stop or catch any other mistakes. Both pizzas were removed from the bill and we recieved 10% off our total bill, along with free drinks offered to me However, I felt too sick to drink anything else. Thank you for the supportive waiting staff and manager. If the chef(s) and booking staff were more prepared and organised I'm sure this place...

Recently been refurbished with new owners. I was very impressed with the decor and outside seating area. Have a lovely child's play area to. Everything about the venue I thought was amazing. Couldn't fault the food at all. Cooked to a high standard. Just felt that the staff need to learn some customer service skills. Especially for a new restaurant. No one asked us if we wanted another drink, checked to see if our meals were okay considering the staff were just stood about. Coleslaw was missing off my partners plate. I didnt really feel welcoming when I walked in either. Bar man was drinking alcohol behind the bar which I don't agree with whilst your working. Table behind us waited over an hour for there food and we were close. Didn't feel like they were accomadated for when they wasn't happy. Apparently it's up to 1hr 30mins to wait for food which I find ridiculous especially when it wasn't exactly packed with people. I understand its a new venue just feel they need to learn to give customers a brillant service as I feel I didn't...

The atmosphere is amazing, you cannot take your eyes away from the decoration! THE FOOD - for starters we chose S&P fried squid which was complemented with amazing tartare sauce and a deep fried brie bites. They dissapeard in a minute. For main meal we had pork ribs which the plate could be placed back to the shelf because it was clean after we finished, and a salmon tagliatelle, which was amazing but we had to ask to take half of portion home because still wanted to try the deserts. For desert we been recommended to try mousse CHERRY, which surprised in it’s complexity as usually such a difficult preparation dessert you can get just in a very high class restaurants. And the cheesecake which was finger licking. Loved every single meal and definatelly coming back again, which we already had to agree with my partner that will have to order different meals from menu because it would be a shame not to try as we bet it can get...
