I've given these people 2 stars as they have a redeeming feature. They have a good showroom in this particular branch and it was easy to get some real world bathroom ideas and their prices were clearly marked. The people in the shop are reasonably helpful but it feels a little bit more like somewhere a plumber would go to get some parts rather than customer facing. Sadly, on to the bad.
I booked in an home visit for a Tuesday at 10am. I did press upon the lady that I would have to wait in for the morning and to make sure that if the appointment was going to be missed to give me as much notice as possible. She even took me to the calendar of the person who was supposed to visit to reassure me and hand wrote the appointment in while I watched. My phone number and address included. Come around 10.15am that morning, nobody had arrived so I waited and waited. At around 10.45am, I phoned the shop and the person who answered was the person I was told would be visiting the property. He obviously hadn't read his own calendar and then went on to claim that he was unable to attend due to him being the only person there. I did point out that he should have phoned but it was blatantly obvious that he simply had no plans to visit us. Shame as we had already half decided on buying from them.
After some average experiences from other bathroom places including no call backs and no replies to emails, I chanced upon another branch of theirs in north Bristol as I was driving by. I decided to give them another chance. The lady I spoke to there was polite, asked for measurements and I even emailed her photos of the existing bathroom that included laser measurements. As she was typing in all our details as well as the layout we would like to be quoted for, I explained what had happened at their other branch and she was apologetic and said that shouldn't have happened. Beside me was a very polite bathroom fitter who sympathised with our situation and gave me his card. He said he would come and do some measurements himself following the design they had come up with and our options. After some time we agreed that she (or someone) would get back to us in a couple of weeks. I believe that was January/February and it's May 1st 2024 tomorrow.
Simply put. These people are extremely unreliable and seem to have no functional system in place to avoid wasting people's time. I spent a morning off work waiting for someone that was never going to arrive, and even admitted he was not planning on coming. He didn't even have the decency to phone, if what he said was true (which it was not) was because they had staff shortages and not that he hadn't checked his calendar for the day. You'd think that leaving work the day before would prompt a quick glance at your responsibilities the next day are but no. Especially if you are responsible for site visits.
The second opportunity I gave them was also not followed up so if this is the way that they operate at the point of contact with the customer then god knows what level of sloppiness...

We asked for a price quote of 6 specific xhosen in tbe shop basic items to refit out bathroom and were told they will email it next day. A week went by but no quote arrived. I decided to ring and chase it up but was told that it is not done and there is nothing on the system indicating that it is being done. (The man serving us wrote it all including my email and phone number on a scrap of paper as apparently their computer wasn't working that afternoon).
I went to the shop the following day and asked for my quote. I got an answer "On my list to do."the piece of paper with all my details was on his desk for a whole week for anyone to see. The chap then said he can do the price quote for me when I wait. I waited for 5 minutes and there it was ready so I thought. I took it and left. As I sat in the car, I realised that that he has only included half of the items. I rang the shop asking where the rest of the item are. First he sounded surprised and said I thought the notes on the other side of papere were somebody's else. Then he told me he will email me the price quote straight away. Read moreI wont be ordering from these people again, the lovely showroom - which it is, is not enough to counteract the face the service is horrific, theres was no reason as to why an item takes twice as long to arrive, they had to re-order after a ridiculous 10 day wait. Very unhelpful staff in dealing with it, no apology - and quite frankly rude. Definitely lost a customer who liked the product, just very unhelpful staff.
Above is my original review - i wrote this as i am a tradesman who has customers who rely on me to provide a service, a ten day wait is okay as they explained its not a self branded product - understandable. But as i was told they would have to reorder which was another ten days, you can imagine it was very frustrating, thats almost a 3week wait which is hard to explain to a customer. However, responding to easy bathrooms i must say there customer service and response has been excellent - at the time it was frustrating. Im revising my response as i feel they have tried their best in response and have definitely responded well....
