The Harbourside Street Food Market — Local services in Bristol

Midweek visit, so there were only approx 8 streetfood stalls, but enough choice for all but the most choosy individual. Choices included woodfired pizza, Indian, middle Eastern, Central American, Japanese, Mediterranean, posh steak sandwiches. I saw most stalls catered for vegetarians and vegans, and some stalls had gluten free options.

There are tables and benches in the centre, so it feels quite sociable. Seems to attract a lot of office workers looking for a change from the usual sandwich.

Stall holders seemed very friendly, & willing to give information about what was on offer.

Nice to see no polystyrene foam containers / plates were used by most, if not all, stalls. Would be brilliant if plastic forks were swapped for biodegradable items too.

I was hoping for a roti from Brother Thai, but sadly the stall wasn't there. Instead I had the most delicious chicken kaarage bento....

Great little market along the harbour side!! Depending on the day and time of year there can be quite a lot of stalls along here. There's lots of different treasures and tasty treats you can try. You can find items from homemade crafts, jewellery, home ware, secondhand books and cakes and along the other side you can find an array of beautifully cooked food from various backgrounds. Definitely worth a look. Also from someone who use to sell there, you can get your great days, however although you get a lot of foot fall down there you can be rather quiet some days. People tend to be just walking past into town and aren't always looking to buy. The organisers are very helpful and friendly though and the stall fee is quite reasonable, so if you are looking to sell here, I do recommend it, but do expect to be rather quiet...

Go to Subway on the opposite or the Kebab behind the stalls.

The worst tacos ever I had in my whole life, suffered indigestion and acid reflux for the rest of the afternoon. Overrated and too bloody expensive. An ice cream is bloody 4 quid. The Council must audit this place for the quality and the freshness of the ingredients and cancel their licenses if found low quality. Utterly utterly worthless ruining your health for that money.

Spent nearly 40£ for two and suffered eating it. Fantastic, isn't it!
