Central Studios Albion Street/Gloucester Place — Local services in Cheltenham

I mean, I understand this is cheap accommodation but my goodness, this was shocking. I don’t even know how I managed to end up getting to sleep, but everything about this accommodation was truly shocking. The room itself is a very basic and incredibly run down. You can tell no one cares about the state of the place, and I really did question if the sheets are changed regularly. I tried to warm up some food, and the cutlery was beyond disgusting and dirty. I didn’t use even a simple cut out of fear that nothing was clean. The shared bathroom was falling apart when I tried to take a shower, and it was very dirty with urine left in the toilet most times, and a dirty floor. There was WiFi supposedly, but this didn’t work. I rang to inform them and I was told there has been no reported issue and they will get back to me. They never did. This place was the most horrible experience we have had. We travel extensively and I have never had such issues with booking accom as this place. We booked and 30 mins later cancelled as the service given was not what we expected. We were told there was parking in 2 places near the accom but it was booked out so parking was not an option and if we could have parked we would have needed a bus to get us to the accom. We were told if we had trouble finding the room they would help as we had to collect the keys from another place. We had trouble finding it and told they were busy so no one was able to help us. We asked if they could relocate us but they were booked out so we optioned to cancel the booking and go somewhere else. I have sent several emails requesting a refund as this did not work out but they refuse. DO NOT BOOK with this company as they do not give an...
