Very rude helpful staff working from 4pm today came in looking for something asked a lady working on the shop floor she said it's just around there didn't take me to where the item was and well I'm looking that lady staff went off the shop floor up the stairs knowing she told me the wrong place it was the lady at the till seen me looking because I was rushing to get the item I needed said it's there at the front staff seemed like they just wanted to be there for the money today and didn't have a clue about customer service skills they could also smile not very happy and went out the shop without the item I needed down to no help from staff he just didn't want to be there if you don't want to help people why are you even working maybe savers should get people working who want to work than just working for the pay at the end of the month I won't be shopping here ever again just a let down I went else where and got what I needed terrible place to shop keep clear don't...

Went in to get a couple of mixers and got asked an ID which is absolutely fine, but after a small interaction with a cashier, she called for help checking the ID and then proceeded to ask my friend for her ID as well (which is an English one), cashier then made a comment saying “oh at least this is a British one” and then denied my purchase because apparently my Estonian ID was fake since it didn’t have a hologram on it (it has 3) and told me since it was fake she couldn’t accept it.
