Positives - Great central location, close to everything you need. Loads of internal space: Our apartment had four bedrooms, all with clean, comfy, and double beds. Our apartment had two toilets, which is amazing. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Good WiFi at no additional cost.

Suggestions - Car parking information needs to be updated to reflect changes in local tariffs/ details of the local parking app.

Negatives - The entire apartment needs a thorough, deep clean. Grubby light switches, stains on carpets, and most walls and dirty shower grout. Mismatch of cutlery and crockery. Paper thin walls and creaking ceilings. The guests in the apartment above us walked around all night. Every step could be heard. I am very thankful that no loud music was played.

If it’s an uncleaned , stain littered , hovel of a hostel is what you’re after then this is the place for you.||Red , white , clear , the choice is yours when it comes to sofa and carpet stains.||What should’ve been a fairly simple apology and return of funds has turned into a battle with Victoria Eaton and the parrots she employs to man her phones whilst she spends the day in “meetings”.||As yet we are still to receive our money and after speaking to other victims it seems that it can often be a long fight. ||To think someone can sit back and allow their property to be rented out completely uncleaned and put people ( children included ) at risk to potential COVID exposure...

Very very disappointing....absolutely nothing like the supposedly great accommodation and location being promoted.

Staying in the St Paul's Apartment was extremely noisy due to traffic and very unsavoury characters right outside the front door. We couldn't open a window due to the many smokers right outside. A very suspect area of the towns CBD area.

The apartment was not up to an acceptable standard for the money paid, plus we had to sign a near full lease AFTER we had paid. No reception, no people contact..just your door keys left for us in a coded box.
