I first ate here 10 years ago and the food was delicious, but even back then I visited a second time for no chefs to be there, so the owner attempted to cook and he did allow customers to leave and not pay for their drinks, (but still pay for their food they paid a trained chef to cook) think what you will.

I returned here with high hopes, for my wife to inform me she can see the open kitchen and all she can see is frozen food being cooked in batches for delivery and served for the restaraunt.

This food looked the part at the least but it lacked any flavors at all, if your looking for salt on the table at a chinese restaurant then you know something is wrong. We had a singapore chow mein, salt and pepper chicken, chicken fried rice and some spring rolls with some curry sauce for which you could see was seperating, all dishes did not taste fresh and none was marginally good.

I did not finish my food and asked for a takeaway in hopes i could improve this food the following day, 24 hours after this food was in my fridge it smelt as if it was off...?

It is completely unauthentic and i would have to say one of the worst meals i had this year. But i will say the waitress was lovely but the food is overpriced and lacking any care or...

I had booked a table for my leaving party for six people, but the experience was disastrous. My friends and I arrived on time, but the other two arrived half an hour later. When we informed the management about our reservation, we mentioned that we had two additional guests. Despite our efforts to order our food, we were unable to find anyone to assist us. However, we managed to get the attention of one gentleman who took our order. We ordered drinks, but they arrived after 20 minutes. Our starter arrived promptly, but the main course took an excessive amount of time. We waited approximately 30-40 minutes for the main course. One of the female staff members working inside the bar significantly disrupted our experience. She was extremely rude and never apologised for her behaviour. The restaurant manager attempted to apologise on her behalf, but his efforts were insincere. While the food was generally good, the customer service was abysmal, particularly from the female staff member. This was the fourth time I had visited the restaurant, and it will be the last. The restaurant needs to prioritise training its staff on proper customer service. If they do not, they will continue to...

Pretty bad overall.

First some good - we visited on a Wednesday night and the staff were really nice and polite but clearly overworked with the amount of people in. Ordered food and it came fairly quickly, not bad. The starters were alright, the ribs really good but the satay "king prawns" were just regular prawns stuck on a skewer in some paste. Underwhelming.

The worst part by far was the mains. The Singapore fried rice was shown with 2 chills on the menu indicating medium heat but had no heat at all and hardly any flavour. Not brilliant.

The crispy chilli beef was unlike anything I'd seen before. Absolutely foul looking, really dry, and appeared grey in colour. So hard to chew it actually hurt to do so. The sauce provided with it was closer to vinegar than a sauce and the meal has given my partner absolutely awful guts for the last 24 hours.

We took home what we didn't eat to cook it up again with some actual flavour and and in retrospect that was a seriously bad idea as my partner has just got off the toilet again in...

I ate here 3 times whilst working in Cheltenham for the week. 1st time was excellent (Singapore noodles). 2nd time was average (crispy chili beef), 3rd time was disappointing (Singapore fried rice). Turns out the Singapore rice contains different ingredients to the noodles. With the noodles you get veg (pepper, onion, spring onion and maybe fresh chili?) and a delightful sprinkling of crushed peanuts along with your meat and egg. With the Singapore rice you get the meat, egg and rice. No veg or penuts. It was still tasty enough but disappointing compared to the dish I’d had a few days before. Sadly when I queried this when paying my bill I was scoffed at and told “that sounds about right”. Like somehow I was supposed to know that the dish would be different despite nothing on the menu to suggest otherwise. The service didn’t warrant the optional service charge added to the bill as well. It’s a shame as I was really satisfied after my first visit.

Lovely place with some yummy options, though it's hard to find anything that isn't sweet (which, I suppose, is kind of expected given the characteristic Chinese flavors 😅). First time around, my partner had the curry and i had the black bean sauce tofu mains with rice. I wasn't a fan of the curry (he was) but preferred the black bean dish. This time around, his parents had the sweet and sour (not my vibe, but very good) and the mushrooms and onions (very yummy and umami) and my partner had the kung pao (also sweeter than we'd expected) and I had the udon and dumpling soup. The soup was my favourite! We also had the sharing starters, which you'd love if you like a heavy fried starter. It pretty much filled us up before the big mains even came out 😅 A few of the orders were wrong so we got to take lots home. Good atmosphere and it gets very busy!

Long established Asian restruant with a local reputation for good quality food & value. My first time here and went for the lunch offer which was £12 for a choice starter, main dish with rice/noodles & a soft drink. I upgraded the extra & had a beer. Food arrived quickly, well presented, good sized portions & pipping hot. Fish cakes where great & my.main course of chicken curry with fried rice was fab. They even though in free prawn crackers. The front of house staff where really friendly & nothing seemed too much hassle. Total bill was around £16 including a £1,50 service charge, which I didn't know.about until I went to pay. I would of left a tip anyway, but I always feel thus should be left.to the customer & not added on by the restruant. Would.recomemd
